WORK FOR CONSTRUCTION OF JACK BUS AT 132KV S/S AMROHA UNDER ETD AMROHA

Transportation of Substation main and auxiliary structure from 220 KV Gajraula substation to 132 KV Amroha substation (approx distance 37 km), including work of shorting, stacking, carriage, loading and unloading of structure at both ends with proper safety. (Truck, diesel, toll and other taxes will be in scope of contractor)

Transportation of Substation main and auxiliary structure from 220KV Sambhal/Chandausi substation to 132KV Amroha substation (approx distance 70 km), including work of shorting, stacking, carriage, loading and unloading of structure at both ends with proper safety. (Truck, diesel, toll and other taxes will be in scope of contractor)

Dismantling of existing panther conductor jumper from 145KV SF6 CB to 40MVA T/F-III including work of opening of various PI/ CT/ LA and Transformer HV Bushing clamps.

Dismantling of existing 132KV Main bus to tendom isolator and 132KV Gajraula (220KV) bus isolator to transformer Bus isolator.

Dismantling of various auxiliary structures, PI and Tendom isolator from existing 132KV 40MVA T/F IIIrd bay including work of shifting the material to store as per directions of site incharge with proper safety.

Errection of main and auxiliary substation structure at 132KV, 40MVA T/F IIIrd at 132KV Substation Amroha.

Errection of 132KV Section isolator (complete set with PI) on newly erected BBL structure including work of opening of bus section by opening of PG clamps, errection of isolator box including work of fabrication if required, making proper alignment of isolator including checking of proper opening and closing of isolator, making jumpers of section isolator with 132KV main bus.

Stringing of 132KV Jack bus of 40MVA T/F IIIrd from panther conductor including work of hoisting of 70KN strings at both gantries fitting of U bolts, gun fitting and various clamps till 145KV SF6 CB.

Making dropper standard I shape (panther conductor) with the help of (panther to panther) PG clamps from newly erected jack bus to 132KV CT, LA and Transformer HV Bushing.

Making jumpers standard I shape (twin panther conductor) with the help of (Moose to panther and panther to panther) PG clamps from 132KV Main bus to Transformer side isolator and 132KV Main bus to 132KV Gajraula(220) bus isolator.

Making earthing of various substation main and auxiliary structure including work of digging the earth till earthmat making joint of 50X6mm MS flat to 40mm existing MS round and backfilling of earth.
