Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Horizontal Centrifugal Pumping unit. The pumping unit shall have the following specifications:- Discharge = 3.00 Cusec Head; 122 M Speed = 1500 RPM Type of pump = Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal. NPSH A at site = 3.98 Mtrs Direction of rotation clockwise when viewed from Driver end Make : M&P, Flowmore, KSB, Sintech, Kirloskar or Equivalent MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION: Impeller = Bronze grade V of IS : 318/ CF-8M Wearing Ring= Bronze grade V of IS: 318 Impeller Shaft = Stainless Steel AISI 410 Fasteners = High tensile Steel Shaft Sleeve = Stainless Steel AISI 410 Pump Casing = Close fine grained Cast Iron conforming to IS:210 Grade 20 The job includes coupling of thepump with the 220 Hp Deptt by way of providing and fitting of a suitable size coupling with allied works and necessary modifications required, if any suction/delivery, existing base frame for proper alignment of pump and existing motor on available MS Base frame. The Pump shall have to be got inspected by the Third Party Inspection Agency namely CEIL/Rites and the Certificate of the same shall be provided at the time of the supply of the equipment. The cost includs charges on account of all duties, taxes, freight, transportation, transit insurance, handling, J&K Entry Tax/Service Tax/GST and third party inspection charges etc
