Supplying, fabricating & erection/ welding/ assembly of MS structural steel works such as trusses, purlins, beams, columns, Miscellaneous structures like plate EP's, Gates, Structural Supporting Stands, etc., (other than window & door gills) fabricating, transporting, erecting at site, welding, grouting, leveling, aligning and fixing in position with appropriate anchor bolts / site welding in their final position etc., as per approved fabrication drawings, including application of one coat of approved primer and two coats of approved quality / shade synthetic enamel paint to exposed surfaces etc.,(Total DFT=150microns) Cleaning the work area by collecting & stacking the construction waste / debris & unwanted materials outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification, as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts & locations. Note: Cost is inclusive of Providing, fixing and removing of Scaffolding for working platform for height work (more than 2.5 m height), labour & consumables.

Providing, placing and removing formwork for all In-Situ Concrete Works such as foundation bedding, rafts, pedestals, footings, plinth, columns, beams, slab, chejjas, lintels, columns, pathways, walk ways and ramp, RC bands and all miscellaneous insitu concrete works including providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste away from work premises cleaning the work area etc, complete all works as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift. Note: The measurement for the form work will be actual area of form in contact with the concrete surfaces.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of formwork shall be paid separately under item no.: 4 of SOQR.)

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of M30 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. NOTE: Cost is inclusive of formwork. Reinforcement will be measured & paid under item no.: 7 of SOQR.

Providing and laying approved make high yeild strength deformed Reinforcement Steel bars of all dia meters confirming to grade D-500 of IS:1786 [latest edition] including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position 10/12 Thick C.S. Plates with lugs & binding with suitable guage soft annealed binding wire for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly], providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 1000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, manufacturers specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift.

Supply and installation of Hilti/ Fischer make anchor fasteners of M 16 X 178 mm size, Including cost of handling, scaffolding, labour and tools.

Backfilling of excavated soil for filling trenches, depressions, plinth, sides of foundations, etc. As directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing on the wall surface UPVC pressure [4 kgs/sqm] Pipes of 200mm dia. Rain Water Down Commer Pipe of 4 Kgs. pressure with specials [such as tees; bends; junction with or without doors; flangs and all other required fittings etc.] of superior make, for Rain Water Down Commer Pipes including providing & Fixing necessary clamps [GI clamps of 25 mm. wide x 4 mm. thick] of length [ as per site requirement], hard wood packing pieces, PVC slovents, srews / nails, cement & sand etc, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder wherever required, collecting and disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc., complete as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift.
