Supply and fixing FRP door shutter excluding frames made out of FRP Sheets of 3mm thick of over all size 65mm x 50mm with rebate suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flats, cost of hold fasts and solid core FRP shutter Panel of 5mm thick and hollow core frames of 3m wall thickness for styles and rails etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position White glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of size 580mm x 440mm of approved quality with 'P' (or) 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix (one lime, two sand and five brick jelly) 100m thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to the cast iron soil pipes / PVC pipes by dismantling the brick masonry, reinforced concrete roof / floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without any leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix, 20mm thick in all floors using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade insuitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 5A3pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open plug point (SD -10)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) (SD -18)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K. Lite) suitable for11W CFL lamp with CFL. (SD 83)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD - 88)

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour ( SD No. 54)

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of Galvalume Colour Sheet of size 0.47mm with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 gauge having width 1050mm. The sheet should be G.I base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws and plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled without damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyester coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like Malabar Mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated, cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.
