Special Eligibility Criteria

   a)RDSO/CORE or as applicable approved firms are eligible to quote this rate contract tender and they have to enclose documentary evidence in support of the same.Offer of other firms shall be i g n o r e d b). Railways reserve the right to place entire contract on RDSO/CORE or as applicable approved firms for tendered items. Approval status shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of removal/ suspension/banning. c). The offer of approved Supplier for the item tendered or the offer of the firm having tender specific authorization from RDSO/CORE approved Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the item tendered shall be considered for placement of Rate contract .Firms should enclosed RDSO/CORE vendor approved list for quoted particular items. If the item is decontrolled by RDSO/CORE then details of the same should be enclosed with covering letter.

   Scope of Work: : The price shall include the supply along with transportation to the dedicated stores of Fabricated steel structure/mast, Portals, TTC with SPS: based on RDSO specification No. ETI/OHE/13 (4/84) with latest A&C slip. The price shall include supply of traction main masts, Portals, TTC of OHE or along the track feeder wire comprising rolled and broad flange beams and fabricated structures as desired by Railways. The price shall cover cost of fabrication, Galvanization & transportation to dedicated stores of individual traction masts, Portals, TTC whether rolled or fabricated and shall include masts for head spans. Galvanization thickness shall be as per Railway specification No. ETI/OHE/13(4/84) with latest amendment. The price shall also include the straightening of masts/portal upright bent during transit. The price shall also include supply of all type of SPS required in the whole work. Payable black weight of feeder masts will hold good as per latest instructions issued by Electrical (HQ)/WCR. For purpose of payment the weights of individual traction masts and masts of head span whether rolled or fabricated shall be determined for each type on the basis of the payable weight length shown below for standard types. For special types, the payable weight per meter length will be indicated by the purchaser at the time of approval of drawings.

   The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their GST Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation, address & email id). In case of a contract award, a copy of the LOA/Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser to the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer mentioned in the Tenderer's bid.
