Earthwork in excavation and backfilling in layer of 200mm for foundations of buildings, basements, pipe supports, equipments as well as for manholes, plinth, tunnels, trenches for pipes & sewers & storm water drains, culverts etc., in ordinary and hard soils in both dry and wet conditions including pumping and bailing out surface and subsoil water (dewatering), shoring, strutting, slush removal at all heights and depths as per drawing and specifications wherever required , and backfilling in foundation pits and other places with excavated suitable surplus earth, including reclaiming from other soil heaps kept elsewhere and dressing and levelling,watering and mechanical compaction etc.,transporting surplus unserviceable soil to a place within GA and spreading in layers as per specifications or heaping up to any heights and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge. The Measurement for payment shall be for the theoretical volume only i.e., the volume of the block of the excavation having maximum bottom dimension of the foundation as per drawing. (Approval of location of disposal from local authority is in scope of contractor.) (The Contractor shall take into account in his rate the provision for excess excavation for necessary working space, slope etc., required for excavation and other allied works and refilling the side slopes and working space as mentioned in the specification).

Earth filling from available earth (excluding rock) under floors and other places with special compaction to achieve dry density of 95% standard proctor density including cost of excavation, reclaiming from soil heaps within work premises as per instruction of the EIC at all heights/depths, transporting, depositing, compacting and dressing, trimming complete as desired in layers not exceeding 15 cms including watering, consolidating by mechanical means as per specifications and instructions of the EIC.
a) With available good quality earth
Earth work in filling with good quality imported earth from approved source in the layers of 150 mm and compacted up to 95% to its MDD and any plan dimension including all testing, watering, rolling each layer with roller or wooden or steel rammers, and every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing / filling up ground depressions etc. complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings , as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
CEMENT CONCRETE
Supplying and laying plain cement concrete of the following proportions at all leads and lifts in all levelling courses under foundations, floors, pipelines, trenches, pits etc. using graded stone aggregate 20 mm max. size and down including mechanical mixing, transporting,shuttering (if required) consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete,as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer Incharge.
STEEL REINFORCEMENT
Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position TMT steel reinforcements of grade Fe 500 at all levels and positions, all leads and lifts including the cost of transport, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding, fixing, tying in position with annealed binding wire, welding provision of necessary chairs and spacers, including tying and bending dowel bars and their straightening upon deshuttering (wherever necessary) as per drawings and specifications and including cost of binding wire, labour, cover blocks in CM 1:2 etc., all complete for reinforced concrete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer Incharge.
a) Reinforcement conforming to Grade Fe-500 of IS : 1786-2008 ( TMT bars from SAIL /RINL/TATA STEEL/JSW )
NOTE: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as steel Reinforcement, binding wire and other minor construction materials, testing etc. all bye works and sundry works. 2. Chairs, Laps, Spacers, Wastage etc. shall be to contractor's account.
Supplying and Laying of design mix,Reinforced Cement Concrete of following Grades at all depths and heights in all types of Foundations, Footings, equipment foundations,columns, pedestal,wall, lintels, ducts, beams, brackets, slabs of all shapes, sills, parapets,bands and any other works both in sub and Superstructures all complete with all bye works as per Drawings, Specification and instruction of Engineer. (The rates shall include the cost of necessary shuttering but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement)

Providing, constructing and finishing of compound wall in RCC frame structure with precast RCC wall panels of 100mm thickness mounted on in-situ RCC columns of 400mmx450mm size at an interval of 3.0 m or as specified in construction drawing and height 2m as specified as per scope of work , including plastering, coping, painting, whitewash,concertina coil, embossing of logo of the client, on all columns, finishes all complete as per technical specifications, tender drawing and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
NOTE: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as minimum 43 grade OPC cement, pre cast wall panels ,ISMC channel section,hard drawn steel wire fabric as per IS 1566 ,RCC M25, concertina coil, RBT , finishes, bitumen, Y angle, other minor construction materials, shuttering, staging, coping, expansion gap filling with "Capcell" armoured board of "Supreme" make or equivalent and white sealant material, plastering,painting and all other sundry works. 2. Foundation/ sub-structure to be paid separately in respective SOR items. 3.Reinforcement for columns and beam for superstructure shall be paid separately in respective SOR Item.
Supplying & grouting for Foundations bolt holes/pockets for Equipments, Base plates, Anchoring etc, with cement based non shrink compound such as Shrinkomp of ACC or approved make of FOSROC/SIKA/ROFF including shuttering at all levels and as per drawings, specification and direction of Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying roof screed with M-15 grade concrete (12 mm down graded coarse aggregate) at all leads and lifts with wooden trowel finish and required slope including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification, curing etc. , as per drawings and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement blocks (solid blocks) masonry mix ratio of 1 :1.5:3 with 200 mm thick blocks upto plinth level and super structure above plinth level up to top level of building in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ).

Providing and fixing 100mm thick M-25 factory made RCC drain/trench cover including cost of shuttering and minimum reinforement@ 10mm dia TMT Fe-500 bars @100mm c/c bothway in two layers as per direction of Engineer In Charge.The RCC cover shall have edge protection with 100mm wide 1.6mm thick MS sheet all around alongwith 2 nos 12 mm dia bar for hook etc complete including painting of MS sheet.
Providing and fixing 150mm thick M-25 Pre cast RCC drain/trench cover including cost of shuttering as per drawing and direction of Engineer In Charge. The RCC cover shall have edge protection with 150mm wide 1.6mm thick MS sheet all around alongwith 2 nos 16 mm dia bar for hook etc complete including painting of MS sheet. Reinforcement shall be paid in respective SOR Item.
Providing and laying R.C.C.(M25 Grade concrete) vacuum dewatering concrete flooring with floor hardener of approved make to be sprinkeled at the rate of 5 kg/sqm before mechanical troweeling as per manufacturer's specifications including mixing, tamping mechanically, consolidating, leveling cement concrete of grade M25 in grade slab, 200/150 thick including suction drying, mechanical trowelling (power float) and finishing, curing, cutting expansion grooves and filling expansion grooves with polysulphide joint fillers complete as specified and directed including shuttering but excluding reinforcement, including doweled construction joints as per drawings.
FINISHING
12 mm cement internal plaster on walls of all heights at all levels in perfect line and level
18 mm external cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand) for all heights and levels in perfect line and level
Painting with APEX/Wheathershield make exterior paint with one coat of primer and two or more coat of approved paint on new work wherever required to achieve even shade and colour for all heights and levels.
Providing and laying paving of pre cast concrete interlocking pavers made of M30 grade concrete of 80 mm thickness of approved colour combination, pattern make, size, of compressive strength 300KG /sq cm. Paver blocks should be laid on sand cushion as required with a gap of 1.5mm between the blocks filled with sand including paving and curb gap to be filled with concrete of same grade of concrete pavers
DISMANTLING/DEMOLISHING
Demolishing of Cement Concrete (PCC) of all grades manually/mechanical means including disposal of debris as directed by the Engineer. Debris shall be disposed outside the site and this shall be entirly Contractor's responsibility irrespective of any Lead.

PART II-ELECTRICAL WORKS
Supply of 63kVA, 11/0.433kV Outdoor type, 3 Ph, 50Hz, Cu wound, Dyn11,ONAN Distribution Transformer complete with all accessories and first oil filled as per tender speciifcation. Transformer shall be as per SEB approved make. (Star rating / Efficiency class of transformer shall be as per SEB standard during executiion).
Supply of 25kVA, 11/0.433kV Outdoor type, 3 Ph, 50Hz, Cu wound, Dyn11,ONAN Distribution Transformer complete with all accessories and first oil filled as per tender speciifcation. Transformer shall be as per SEB approved make. (Star rating / Efficiency class of transformer shall be as per SEB standard during executiion).
Supply of 11kV double pole structure with 9 mtr RCC poles including cross bracing’s of ISMC ,GOS with earth switch, polymeric type LA’s & pin insulator, HG fuses, ACSR conductor, stay sets, earthing, alkathine tube etc. as per the specification including civil works. Make of all components shall be as per SEB approved make.
Design, engineering, manufacture, shop testing, supply including packing and forwarding, transportation, delivery at storage and from storage to site of power distribution board (PDB) :
415 V, 36 KA single front type indoor PDB to receive input power consisting of bus bar chamber, cable alley,outgoing with Fuse complete with wiring, indication lamp, ammeter, voltmeter, MFM (Multi Function Meter) etc including all labour and materials with operating mechanism, all accessories, mandatory spares as per data sheet, auxiliaries with FLP LCS(Local Control switch) for tripping the main incomer of PDB etc complete in all respects as specified in technical specification, data sheet & SLD no. MEC/23VF/05/E9/E/1081B & as per standard Specification. Single In-comer of 125 Amp(with Single phase preventer ) 4P MCCB (with Micro processor and based O/C,S/C & E/F RELASE with LSIG & Shunt trip) along with VMR. Outgoing with 01 no. 80 Amp TPN MCCB (with TM based O/C,S/C & E/F RELASE) for Booster Compressor. Outgoing with 01 no. 63 Amp TPN MCCB (with TM based O/C,S/C & E/F RELASE) for APFC panel. Outgoing with 02 nos. 32 Amp TPN MCCB (with TM based O/C, S/C & E/F RELASE) for UPS and Static Bypass. Outgoing with 3 no. 40A Fuse and 3 nos. 10A DP MCB with Timer(24Hrs) Auto/Mannual Outgoing with 3 no. 40A Fuse and 3 nos. 10A DP MCB without Timer

Providing and laying R.C.C.(M25 Grade concrete) vacuum dewatering concrete flooring with floor hardener of approved make to be sprinkeled at the rate of 5 kg/sqm before mechanical troweeling as per manufacturer's specifications including mixing, tamping mechanically, consolidating, leveling cement concrete of grade M25 in grade slab, 200/150 thick including suction drying, mechanical trowelling (power float) and finishing, curing, cutting expansion grooves and filling expansion grooves with polysulphide joint fillers complete as specified and directed including shuttering but excluding reinforcement, including doweled construction joints as per drawings.

Dismantling carefully the existing erected various structural steel Canopy from location " Ä" . The Canopy structures like Canopy Columns Base Plates , Anchor Bolts , Columns , Trusses , Purlins , Gutters , Fascia Trusses , Roof Bracings and all other miscellaneous structural steelwork at all heights above finished ground level including necessary cutting of welded structures, loosening of bolts etc. taking all precautionary measures for safe removal and carefully separating the various members, lowering, stacking and Re-Erecting the same in Location "B " after necessary minor modification, if any required as per drawings and/or as directed by the Engineer/Consultant including supplying and fixing bolts conforming to property class 4.6 (precision/semi-precision type), nuts, washers, fittings, fixtures etc. including supplying and painting application of one coat of primer at site after dismantling at ground level before erection and two coats of finishing paint at site .The work is to be completed in all respect as per specification ,scope of work, detailed construction drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Upto Height of 5.0Mtrs. Item includes required scofolding etc all complete with all materials, tools, plant and labour complete in all respect. Providing and fixing Colour Coated Sheets
Preparation of sheeting drawings, procurement, transportation and delivery at erection site of colour coated steel sheets for roof & side cladding shall be of Galvalume/zincalume BHP steel sheet made of cold rolled steel of 550 MPA minimum yield strength conforming to ASTM A366 or AS 1595. Base metal thickness shall be 0.5mm and total thickness of colour coated profiled sheet shall be 0.58mm. Fixing of sheets with all flashings, corners, ridges, cutting, bending of sheets to a required shape & size and erecting them in roof & sides with all fixing arrangement as per manufactures instructions and complete in all respect as per drawings and specifications. (Net laid area to be measured.)

STONE CLADDING WORKS
Providing and fixing Granite Stone gang saw cut (mirror polished and machine cut) of thickness 18 mm for wall lining, dispenser pedestal, platform, counter, staircase etc including nosing etc., backing filled with a grout of average 12-15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the granite shade .(Rate of Granite (minimum) : Rs1500/sqm).
CANOPY/BUILDING CLADDING
Supply & installation of 4mm thick ACM of approved make alongwith required frame 1.0 of MS section cladding in a combination of corporate colours in approved pattern and shade of the client with the use of Retro Reflective Sheeting along with all fixtures, scafoldino etc comolete. for CANOPY FASCIA.
