Providing & Fixing panelling work featuring (walls/doors) 10mm soundproofing acoustic panel with wooden acoustic louvres panels of an approved make and shade with all necessary fittings. The complete execution will be carried out based on the 2D/3D design approved by the client.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick heavy-density acoustic sound barrier sheet (Mass Loaded Vinyl - MLV or equivalent dense material) with a nominal density (as per spec requirement), designed for high-performance sound transmission loss (STC). The sheets are to be installed directly behind acoustic panels, fixed to the wall or acoustic framework using suitable adhesive and mechanical fasteners (screws/washers) as per manufacturer specifications.

Providing and fixing of ARAI-certified acoustically treated door with heat- activated intumescent fire seal strip mounted on the door frames on all three sides, and one coat of anti-termite fire-retardant primer. Door shutter consisting of a 77mm thick door shutter with a minimum 32 dB acoustic rating and a 120 min. fire rating, having an infill of 50mm thick resin-bonded Polyfibre wool of 24kg / m3 density with FR Acrylic Sealant, sandwiched between two 9mm thick (Starpan Make or Approved equivalent) Anutone Magnesium Oxide boards, 100% without asbestos, Brucite and Meerschaum, having a density not less than 1150kg/m3 and thermal conductivity 0.14 W/m*k, faced with 3.4mm thick commercial ply, 1mm laminated on both sides, with a heat-activated intumescent fire seal strip of size 10mm x 4mm mounted in the grooves, having hardwood lipping, including door closer, CE & EN 1154 certified 2 hrs fire-rated with 10 years warranty, tested to BS 476 Part 22, and as per approved make, single/double leaf panic exit devices, CE & EN 1125 certified 2 hrs fire-rated, tested in accordance with BS 476 Part 22. Complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply ,Fixing, modification, cutting, reframing of partition wall panelling featuring 9mm existing pre- laminated wooden sheet panels of an approved make and shade with all necessary fittings. The complete execution will be carried out based on the 2D/3D design approved by the client.

Installation and fixing of seating backdrop display with storage unit work and Puja unit space decoration featuring 19mm and 12mm BWP plywood, topped inside with fabric print, .8 inner laminate, and outer with 1mm wooden laminate, including 5mm printed glass and acoustic panels of an approved brand and shade in between, along with all necessary fittings. The complete execution will be carried out based on the 2D/3D design approved by the client.

Dismantling/ demolishing of Brick work with cement mortar in super structure+B235 including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr.

Dismantling/ demolishing of Concrete floor 25/40mm thick (CC/mosaic/ IPS) inside the building including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr.

Dismantling/ demolishing of Tile/marble work in floor/roof/wall.(10mm to 25mm thickness) including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr.

Providing and laying brick masonry work with modular fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) etc complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Providing and laying water proof polished/glazed/matt finish vitrified (Digital & non digital) floor tiles in floor and skirting of approved sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.Vitrified tile shall be selected by EIC from market and basic rate of tile shall be ranging from Rs. 80.00- 85.00 per Sqft.
