Annexure-A Repairs to the contactor assembly of FASD starter by way of disconnecting the electric supply to the starter, opening the cover of the contactor assembly and removing the damaged/burnt contact points (both fixed and movable) from it. The job involves cleaning the contactor assembly with carbon-tetrachloride solution and providing and fitting of new spare contact kit consisting of 03 no. movable and 06 no. fixed points. The job further involves connecting the starter to the electric supply and testing the starter on full load.
Annexure-B Replacement of the damaged contactor assembly of FASD starter by way of disconnecting the electric supply to the starter and extracting the damaged contactor assembly from it. The job involves providing and fitting of new contactor assembly along with connecting all the allied leads to the electric supply and testing the starter on full load.
Annexure-C Repairs to the LT control panel by way of disconnecting the incoming supply to the panel, extracting the damaged MCCB from the panel and then providing, installation, testing and successful commissioning of new moulded case circuit breaker with magneto thermal efficiency, conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2, in the same panel. • Quantity = 01 No. • Make = L&T • Series = D-Sine • The job includes providing and fitting of suitable size thimbles of appropriate size for connecting the incoming and outgoing leads. • The job also includes providing and fitting of spreader terminals of appropriate size for connecting the thimbles with the MCCB.

Annexure-D Repairs to 3-phase, 2900 rpm, 415 V submersible motor unit by way of; • Disconnecting the electric supply to the motor and retrieving the pumping unit from the tube well. • Disengaging the pump from the motor and loading the motor in a private vehicle and carrying up to the workshop for conducting repairs. • Dismantling the motor completely, removing the damaged bushes from the rotor and then manufacturing, providing and fitting of 04 no. new GM bushes to both ends of the rotor as per sample. • Removing the damaged, burnt coils from the stator, cleaning of each slot followed by rewinding the same with new specific gauge, PVC insulated copper wire as per norms and specifications. The job also involves providing and fitting of bamboo sticks and PVC paper during the course of the job. • Assembling back the motor followed by carrying back the repaired motor from workshop to site in a private vehicle, connecting to the electric supply and testing on working conditions. The rates are inclusive of the old scrap, which shall be the property of the firm

b) 15 HP, 3-phase, 2900 rpm submersible motor.
c) 7.5 HP, 3-phase, 2900 rpm submersible motor.
d) 05 HP, 3-phase, 2900 rpm submersible motor.
Annexure –E Disengaging of the motor from the pump and it’s the base frame and carrying up to the workshop for conducting repairs. Disassembling of motor involving removing of motor shield cover, extraction of the rotor from the stator followed by extraction of damaged winding from the stator with prior removal of laminated wedges from the slots. Cleaning/ servicing of slots with all other incidental works thereof is included. Complete rewinding of stator is to be done with BIC make super enamelled copper conductor having class F insulation material as per the standard specification of the motor in respect of parameters i.e original pitch, gauge, number of turns etc. followed by securing of windings in the slots by way of providing and fitting of fibre glass laminated wedges in the slots besides impregnation of the windings using varnish. The job then involves coating of dried winding with mixture of epoxy / hardener followed by using oxy-acetylene gas torch for carrying out brazing of connection leads/joints besides tapping’s of the windings using F class insulation material. The job finally involves reassembling of the motor involving fitting of rotor in the stator, the motor shield cover with prior cleaning of the DE and NDE bearing of the motor with greasing of bearings thereof included, followed by carrying the repaired motor from workshop to site, mounting/securing it on its respective base frame, fitting of coupling on the rotor and re-coupling it to the pump and finally testing it on load. The cost is inclusive of the old scrap which will be the property of the firm.
a) 180 HP, 3-phase, 1440 rpm horizontal motor.
b) 150 HP, 3-phase, 1440 rpm horizontal motor.
c) 60 HP, 3-phase, 1440 rpm horizontal motor.
d) 05 HP, 3-phase, 1440 rpm horizontal motor.
Annexure-F Rewinding of the damaged coil of Voltage Stabilizer by way of; • Disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cable terminals from the voltage stabilizer, dragging manually from the pump station up to the road side, loading in a private vehicle and carrying up to the workshop for conducting repairs. • Removing the top cover of the voltage stabilizer, extracting the coil assembly and disconnecting the voltage regulator plate from coils by removing the copper connectors. • Removing of damaged coil from the core and complete rewinding of the same by new specific gauge, pre cotton tapped copper wire as per norms and specifications. • Carrying back the repaired voltage stabilizer from workshop to site in a private vehicle, dragging manually from road side up to the pump station, connecting all the incoming and outgoing terminals and testing on working conditions. The rates, net payable, are inclusive of cost of old scrap, which shall be the property of the firm.
Annexure-G Replacement of damaged rotary switch/regulator plate of voltage stabilizer by way of; • Disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cable terminals from the voltage stabilizer, removing the top cover of the voltage stabilizer and extracting the core from it. • Disconnecting the voltage regulator plate from the stabilizer and then providing and fitting of new voltage regulator of size with robust copper contact points, fixed and movable, able to withstand double the rated a load for a considerable period of time. • Providing and fitting of new insulating material to all the connectors between the coils and the voltage regulator leads after removing the damaged insulation from them. • The job finally involves testing the repaired voltage stabilizer on full load. The entire job has to be carried out at the site only.
Annexure-H Disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cable terminals from the voltage stabilizer, removing the top cover of the voltage stabilizer followed by removing the damaged LT bush rod from it. The job further involves providing and fitting of new brass bush rod along with insulator cup and allied washer etc. as per sample after removing the damaged one.
Annexure-I Retrieving the submersible motor, disconnecting the cable terminals from the starter panel and the motor, followed by removing the damaged submersible cable. The job further involves providing and fitting of new PVC insulated, 3-core, copper submersible cable to the motor and testing the same on working conditions.
Annexure-J Providing, fitting, installation, testing and successful commissioning of 96 x 96 mm size, digital, voltmeter / ammeter (with appropriate Current Transformer Coil) in the departmental control panel after removing the damaged one. The cost is inclusive of removing the damaged auxiliary wiring followed by providing and fitting of new wiring before testing on working conditions.
