Design, Manufacture, Supplying, Outdoor type LT Panel & Transport to the site, Receiving, Unloading, Shifting to various locations, handling, assembling, installation in correct aligned position, grouting with dash fasteners, GI nuts-bolts, testing and commissioning of the following bolted fabricated in compartmentalized conform to IEC60439, IS: 8623/1993, Suitable for 415V, 3Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz Ac supply, are housed in design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plate, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mmx 50mmx50mmx 5mm thick for Main L.T. Panel and 40mm x 25mm x 25mm x 5mm thick plates for MDB/MCC and SDBs etc., incl. cleaning & finishing complete, SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity as mentioned in respective panel item, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections and all front and back doors shall be hinged type and earth with frame. Entire panel shall have a common copper continuous earth bar of size 50mm x 6mm or as specified below, including all features of electrical & mechanical interlocking with incomers.

INCOMING- I & II 2 Nos. 630A 4P MCCB Microprocessor based release (Ics = Icu = 50kA) with inbuilt O/L, S/C & E/F protection as per specification Each incomer shall have following Items - 1 Set of RYB phase indicating LED lamps controlled by 2 amp MCB. 1 Set of ON/ OFF/TRIP Indicating LED Lamps With 2 Amp MCB . 1 No. Digital MFM meter and 3 nos. Cast resin CTs of ratio 630A , Class 0.5 accuracy and 10 VA burden. digital multifunction meter suitable to measure voltage, Ampere, Frequency, Power Factor, Measurement of both KVA/KW/kVAH/MDI, Individual Odd Harmonics for voltage and current including THD with RS-485 port with Electrical and Mechanical interlocking for Incomer. 1 Set Rotary operating mechanism and terminal extension spreaders for all MCCB's. For each Incomer- 1 No Surge protection device Type 2 ( Class C), 4 Mode, MOV type suitable for 8/ 20µs surge, Voltage Protection level Up < 1.8kV, Operating Temperature -40 deg 'c' - +80 deg 'C', Connected Between 3Nos. phase to neutral and 1Nos. neutral to earth with discharge Current Imax. ≥ 40KA Per mode & In ≥ 20kA per Mode. SPD with 63A 4P HRC fuses of 100kA breaking capacity. For connecting SPD minimum 10sqmm FRLSH copper wire must be used & length of connecting leads shall not be more than 500mm for per mode connection including all necessary accessories. The SPD shall compliance with IEC 61643-11.

BUSBARS 4P Aluminium bus bars of 800A capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves incl. SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 50 KA for 1 sec.

OUTGOING 2 Nos. 100A 4P MCCB with built in thermal magnetic release with adjustable thermal setting with in built O/L & S/C protection . (Ics = Icu =25 KA) 10 Nos. 63A 4P MCCB with built in thermal magnetic release with adjustable thermal setting with in built O/L & S/C protection . (Ics = Icu =25 KA) Each outgoing shall have following Items- 1 No ON' (Red), OFF & TRIP indication lamp (LED type) with 2 Amp SP MCB for each outgoing. 1 Set Rotary operating mechanism and terminal extension spreaders for all the ACBs/MCCB's. Thermal magnetic release based MCCBs (Upto 250A) shall be provided with inbuilt O/L & S/C protection & E/F Module with CBCT or Earth Fault Relay (ELR 30-3000mA) with required CTs.

Supply of 3.5 Core X 240 Sq.mm size. XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 Part-I with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supply of 3.5 Core X 50 Sq.mm size. XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 Part-I with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supply of 3.5 Core X 35 Sq.mm size. XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 Part-I with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supplying and installing of 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
