PERIODICAL SERVICES ROUTINE MAINT OF STANDY BY SUPPLY UNITS ALTERNATORS AMF PANEL INCLUDING MISC CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS

Dismantling/ taking down complete radiator assembly of 810 KVA DG Set and transportation to authorised workshop for following repairs :- (a) Opening the radiator assembly with brazing/ welding for repair/ service. (b) Cleaning of all water tube with diluted solution of HCL and cleaning with water pressure and removing the sludge and dust from inside the tank by flushing out. (c) Determining the leak/ puncher in radiator tubes. (d) Repair of fins by soldering/ brazing. (e) Repair of bottom brass water tank by soldering/ brazing. (f) Repair of radiator hose assembly. (g) Fixing the complete radiator assembly to its original position and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement mechanical type diesel float switch assembly complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LT, Air circuit breaker, operational voltage 660 Volts, insulation voltage up to 1100 Volts, AC, 50 cycles, 3 phase, 4 pole, electrically draw out type, rated current rating 1250 Amps and breaking capacity 50 KA with quick make, quick break, with electrically operating mechanism complete with triple mound current transformer, Microprocessor based over current stop less release and static trip release, adjustable short circuit release, earth fault release with shunt trip with indication under voltage release and wired for indicating “Trip Healthy circuit” ancillary switch etc complete over load release - 1 No including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of door hinges of Acoustic enclosure heavy duty metal type for Left/ Right side complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, erect, testing and commissioning of 3 pole power contactor with auxilary contactors, 2NO+2NC, compatible for current carrying capacity 375 to 420Amps, 415Volts, 3ph, 50Hz fixing in existing panel alongwith all necessary control wiring, nuts, bolts, screws, spreaders all miscellaneous requirement for compeltion of job including taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
