Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slabs as under complete all as spcified and as directed:- (i) Preparation and cleaning of the existing sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface for full depth of sunken floor by wire brush. chisel out any mortar sticking the surface. (ii) Applying FOSROC Notoproof 600PF(Minimum 0.80mm dft) over a priming coat of Nitoproof WB primer or equivalent product of Asian paints / M/s MC Bauchemie / CIPY/ SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax / STP applied as per manufacturers instructions to bottom and full vertical sides of sunken floors (iii) Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage. In case the slightest indication of seepage / leekage is noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracks or application of polymer modified mortar FOSROC Nitobond SBR or equivalent of M/s MC Bauchemie / CIPY SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Asian paints / Thermax / STP admixed with integral WPC or cementitous crystalline waterproofing compound in the affected area to seal all cracks and micro cracks if any, and this shall be done by contractor at his own cost. Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - I (E/M Works) Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket, AC point out let on TW battens/PVC pipes/casing & capping including material like sockets, switches, ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls/floors ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan, Exhaust Fan, wall mounted fan dismantling blades and removing fan will be keep in safe custody by the contractor with proper inventory and refixing ceiling fan, wall mounted fan after completion of re-wiring and connecting up by cleaning/oiling etc including provision of 3 core flexible round cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor unsheathed, multistranded, PVC insulated, single core cable FRLS with earth continuity conductor of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor and including rigid PVC concealed conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia. and all accessories fixed to be concealed in wall & surface of the roof etc., including modular type terminal boxes made out of Galvanised sheet of thickness should be not less than 0.9mm thick for fixing of modular switches, modular fan regulators, modular socket outlet etc along-with suitable modular plate for housing switches, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sub Main wiring with 2x6 Sqmm 1100 V grade (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through medium grade, rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 25mm or higher suitable size with all necessary fittings, concealed in walls/roof/floor duly earthed with 1X6 Sqmm of single core cable but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dully complete including taking down old submain wiring all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Three runs of PVC insulated copper cable and PVC conduct shall be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for shifting of existing hi wall split units indoor with stabilizer of any capacity and outdoors complete with cordless remote control unit for operation on 230 volt 50 Hz single phase AC supply and outdoor (condensing) unit to be and copper refrigerant pipes for suction & discharge lines of standard size as required duly insulated including jointing pipes 3 core copper cable of suitable size from stabilizer to indoor units all as specified and as directed. Note:- Additional copper pipe shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and toping up/charging of refrigerant gas (R-22/R-410/R-32) for AC as per standard practice as per existing gas all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for insulating only to copper tubing of split type AC of cap 1.5/2 TR with heavy duty rubber foam insulation as per existing density and thermal conductivity including packing material, reflector tape and PVC tie complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20 Amps capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix single phase modular type motor starter 32 A, 240 Volts, 50 Hz for split AC including cover plate and PVC surface box of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised earth wire 4mm dia connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI earth wire and 20mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I.

Note: (i) Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returning filling, removing , PCC chamber pit, RCC cover, test point etc.

Supply and fix perforated cable tray of size 75x100x2mm with cover of size 15x105x1.2mm made of 2mm thick galvanised iron sheet duly bended to required shape by sheet bending machine including cover made of 1.2mm thick plain galvanised iron sheet duly screwed with the cable tray and duly fixed on the wall/ceilings including suitable galvanised iron brackets or hanging from the ceiling with suitable suspender as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI wire 4sqmm dia for earth contunity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade 15mm dia with fittings and fixing accessories for drawing earth wire as proctector complete all as specified and as directed.
