Supply, Replacement,Testing and commissioning of 3 Mtr coloum Light pole made of mildsteel with 700mm single arm bracket made out of 113X3mm thick with 250X250X10mm thick base plate, base plate having 4Nos grouting hole of 24mmColoum having service window of 300X75mm duly mounted Bakelite sheet, Din channel, 4way heavy duty connector, (4way). The coloum having 750 mm middle section Two side laser cut design of sportsman image of various sports ( Photo attached ) with minimum 30Watt of worm whitecolour LED and Top minimum 1X50Watt LED module colour temperature 3000/4000/6000K pre-wired with external LED Driver operating on 220V, 50Hz AC. Single phase. The Coloum duly primer & painted with Polyurethane Paint as approved colour finish. Complete etc. as reqd.

Supplying of following sizes of aluminum conductor XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed armoured cable 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I) complete with all amendments etc as required:- a) 2 x 10 Sq.mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete foundation in (1:2:4) ratio (1: cement, 2: course sand, 4: Stone aggregate) of size 500 mm long x 500 mm wide and 1000 mm deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 12 mm dia 1050 mm long (approx.) -8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia 1800 mm long (approx.)-6 Nos. (with 150 mm spacing) i/c supplying of 4 Nos. M-20 x 750 mm long (150 mm top threaded portion) Gl foundation bolt (EN- 8 grade) with 3 Nos. nuts and 2 Nos. washer, bolt along with 2 Nos. templates/ Anchor plate of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 3 mm thick having 4 Nos. suitable mm dia holes to match with PCD of poles base plate with positioning of foundation bolts and providing 63 mm (OD) 2 Nos DWC pipe for cable entry and exit and plastering & finishing etc compete as required. (Drawing to be approved from Engineer in charge.)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51mm nominal)

Supplying and drawing following sizes of PVC insulated PVCsheathed copper conductor unarmoured multicore cable in the existing poles and bracket from cable termination connector to the fitting i/c providing suitable copper lugs connections etc. as reqd. a) 3x 1.5 Sq

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.a)Up to 35 Sq mm

Supplying and Replacement of the existing worn-out Battery and P/F New 12 Volt, below mentioned capacity Sealed maintenance free battery with Nut bolt type battery terminals with complete battery charging including interconnection wire if required and testing etc. at site as required and taking away the dismantled battery as credit item on buy back basis. (7Ah) for HT battery charger and Fire panel

Supplying and Replacement of the existing worn-out/outdatd 12 Volt, below mentioned capacity Sealed maintenance free battery with Nut bolt type battery terminals with complete battery charging including interconnection wire if required and testing etc. at site as required and taking away the dismantled battery as credit item on buy back basis. (42 AH) for badminton hall UPS

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required. a)Group C
