(External Smart Peiodical Services) (Methodology) Complete removal of existing paint, loose coatings, dust, dirt, laitance, weak surface layers, projections and other foreign matter from walls, ceilings, facias, cornices and other architectural features by mechanical sanding using electrically operated orbital/random orbital wall sander fitted with integrated vacuum dust extraction system, having minimum operating speed of 1500 RPM and equipped with 180 mm (7") or 225 mm (9") diameter sanding pads using 80-grit abrasive discs or as required, including cleaning of surface, collection and disposal of debris, protection of adjoining finished surfaces and making the substrate smooth, sound, dust-free and ready to receive subsequent putty, primer and paint system, complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 2.0 mm average thickness exterior grade waterproof white cement-based wall putty on prepared exterior plastered/old painted wall surfaces, comprising cleaning and preparation of the substrate to remove dust, loose particles, chalking and other contaminants, mixing the putty powder with clean potable water in proportion recommended by the manufacturer to obtain a smooth homogeneous paste, applying the first coat uniformly by airless spray equipment and allowing it to dry adequately, followed by application of the second coat or additional coat(s) as required to achieve a total average finished thickness of 2.0 mm, allowing the putty to dry completely, and thereafter sanding the surface to obtain a smooth, level, uniform and defect-free finish suitable for application of exterior acrylic primer and subsequent exterior acrylic emulsion paint system, including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, machinery, scaffolding, wastages, leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of premium acrylic water-based exterior wall primer of approved make over properly prepared, repaired, puttied and dried exterior surfaces, including cleaning and preparation of the surface, thinning with clean water as recommended by the manufacturer, application by airless spray equipment to achieve uniform coverage, substrate sealing and adhesion promotion, allowing adequate drying, and preparing the surface for subsequent coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint, complete with all labour, materials, equipment, scaffolding and incidental works, as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two or more coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved shade and finish having superior weather resistance, UV resistance, colour retention, silicon additive technology, excellent dirt pick-up resistance, anti-algal and anti-fungal properties and VOC content not exceeding 50 g/L in compliance with LEED requirements, over properly prepared, puttied and primed exterior surfaces, including thorough stirring and dilution with clean potable water as per manufacturer's recommendations, application of the first coat uniformly by mechanical roller and airless spray equipment, allowing adequate drying, followed by application of the second or additional coat(s) as required to achieve uniform opacity, colour consistency and finish, and completing the work to a smooth, even, streak-free, lap-mark-free and durable weather-resistant surface, including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, machinery, scaffolding, wastages, leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on any faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

(Internal Peiodical Services) M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of walls, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and pplying 2.0 mm average thickness interior grade waterproof white cement-based wall putty on prepared interior plastered/old painted wall and ceiling surfaces, comprising cleaning and preparation of the substrate to remove dust, loose particles and other contaminants, mixing the putty powder with clean potable water in proportion recommended by the manufacturer to obtain a smooth homogeneous paste, applying the first coat uniformly and allowing it to dry adequately, followed by application of the second coat or additional coat(s) as required to achieve a total average finished thickness of 2.0 mm, allowing the putty to dry completely, and thereafter sanding the surface to obtain a smooth, level, uniform and defect-free finish suitable for application of interior primer and subsequent distemper/emulsion paint system, including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, machinery, scaffolding, wastages, leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of water-based acrylic interior wall primer over properly prepared and dried putty surface, including cleaning of surface to remove all dust and loose particles, thinning with clean potable water as per manufacturer's recommendations, and applying uniformly by brush or roller to achieve complete sealing and binding of the substrate, allowing adequate drying before application of subsequent coats, to produce a smooth, uniform and properly primed surface ready to receive interior distemper, plastic emulsion or premium emulsion paint system, including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, machinery, scaffolding, wastages, leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two or more coats of interior acrylic plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and finish over properly prepared, primed and dried surface, including thorough stirring and thinning with clean potable water as per manufacturer's recommendations, application by brush or roller allowing adequate drying between successive coats, and finishing to a smooth, uniform, streak-free, roller-mark-free and washable surface of approved colour and sheen, including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, machinery, scaffolding, wastages, leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 12mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on any faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
