Taking proper shut down in writing disconnecting all the electrical connections, dismantling the unserviceable motor from the base plate and pump and shifting the same to approved workshop for repair/rewinding. Dismantling the motor, cutting and removing the old heated up/burnt winding of the stater /rotor, cleaning the slots and replacement of brunt spare parts and reassembling the motor including transportation back the same after rewinding and reassembling, for size of electric motor 70 HP to 100 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. Note:- (a) Rewinding of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (b) The motor shall be squerrel cage induction/slipring induction motor. (c) The contractor shall reinstall the motor within one week after handing over for repairs failing which a penelity @ Rs. 1000/- per day of delay will be charged from the contractor. (d) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading, transportation, grease, nuts, bolts and washers of any size and shape as required at site and refixing of motor duly functional and testing at its original location/position complete all as specified and directed. (e) Replacement of unserviceable bearings and greasing them completely. Bearing shall shall be measured and paid separately. (f) Motor shall be dismantled at workshop in presence of JE concern and inspected by the Engineer -in-Charge. A repair note shall be prepared by the contractor which shall be signed by contractor, JE, EIC and counter signed by GE. Winding cut shall be made in presence of EIC.

Rewinding the motor stater with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size and gauge and turns etc including all the insulating materials i.e varnish with super high quality of cotton tape, insulating paper and other misc items of motor capacity 100/70 HP all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Quantity of winding wire shall be assessed through board officer nominated by the GE.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of rotor bearing in motor DE 1106 and NDE s.no 909 of 100/70 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : SKF (Original)

Rewinding the motor rotor with super enamelled copper winding wire/strip as per existing size and turns etc including all the insulating materials i.e varnish, cotton tape insulating paper and soldering etc of motor capacity 10 HP to 30 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Quantity of winding wire/strip shall be assessed through board officer nominated by the GE.

Taking out unserviceable submersible pump & motor of capacity 15 HP, 3 phase 415 volts, shifting to workshop and dismantalling, cutting of burnt windings and rewinding with supper enameled copper winding wire as per existing size and truns etc including all the insulating materials ie. varnish, cotton,tape, insulating paper and soldring etc and repair of pump sets including all defective parts and reassembling, reinstalling at original location or including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Winding cut shall be made in presence of EIC and reassembling shall be done after inspection by the EIC.

Taking out sludge/foreign material//silt/vegetation/mud about 3 feet from Hopper tank (size 15.5 x 16 metre and depth 8 metre (into two parts) dewatering the residual water and cleanings the walls with the help of blade/scrapper/wire brush, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing where directed to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete at a interval of 6 months complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out sludge/foreign material/silt/vegetation/mud about 2 to 3 feet from Hopper tank (size 8.5 x 9 metre and depth 8 metre) dewatering the residual water and cleaning the walls with the help of blade/scrapper/wire brush, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing where directed to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete at a interval of 6 months complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out sludge/foreign material/silt/vegetation/mud about 2 to 3 feet from the square clear water UG sumps capacity 6 Lakh gallons dewatering the residual water and cleaning the wall with help of blade/scrapper/wire brush, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing where directed to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete at a interval of 6 months complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out sludge/foreign material//silt/vegetation/mud about 10 to 12 inch from the clarifloculator tanks circular type capacity 1.5 Lakh gallon and cleaning the walls with wire brush/blade/ scrapper, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing where directed to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete at a interval of 6 months complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out sludge/foreign material/silt/vegetation/mud about 6 to 8 inch from the pre-sedimentation tank of size 26 metre x 4.3 metre x 4 metre depth and tank of size 15.0 metre x 9.0 metre x 3.0 metre depth and cleaning the wall tile with cleaning agent including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material and depositing where directed to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete at a interval of 6 months complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out sludge/foreign material/silt/vegetation/mud about 4 to 6 inch from the back wash chamber and cleaning the wall tiles with cleaning agent including removing silt/sludge and depositing where directed to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete at a interval of 6 months complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (for Srl item No. 28 to 33 here-in-before). The works to be carried out in parts as at least one supply of water is to be restored per day and the contractor will arrange all type of T&P such as suction pump, wire brush, castic soda, tools & plants for destroy/dispose of mud and sludge etc. Hence tenderes are required to quote their rates accordingly after site visit.

Preparation of surface of steel section of complete moving bridge 50 Sqm of clarifloculator and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of requisite colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out sludge/foreign material/silt/vegetation/mud about 1 feet from the overhead water tank of capacity 1.5 lakh gallon, dewatering the residual water and cleaning the wall with help of blade/scrapper/ wire brush, preparation of surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material and depositing where directed out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning after removing of all silt/mud 1 feet scale and foregin material from inner and outer compartment of the Reserviors with clear water and applying two coats of white wash to inner surfaces of following capacity Reserviors including preparation and painting all connected steel memebrs with a coat of synthetic enamel paint of requisite colour complete all as specified and directed:-

Over head RCC Reserviors of capacity 1.5 lack gallons in circular shape with staging.

Over head RCC Reserviors capacity 0.5 lac gallons (Tawi Filter bed back wash)

Taking out old damaged/broken PCC block covering of duct of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabrication and fixing miled steel chequerred sheets of 6 mm thickness, cutting of MS chequerred sheet to required parameter (Length and width) for covering of duct complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work in ducts of angle iron of size 50x50x4 for fixing of MS sheeting or other covering and fixing of angle iron complete with PCC works and making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on wall, beams and column,floors,roofs,landings,balconies,canopies,deck slabs and shelves etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing ERW steel class 'B' pipe 400 mm bore of wall thickness 6 mm with permissible tolerance +10% confirming to IS-3589 with all fittings such as bends(any type, radius or angle), Tapers any type(straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) TEE pieces, single branch, 'Y' JUNCTION, double branch, cross collars, cap and plugs, MS flanges complete with all welding/threading works and jointing material laid in trenches/ along road/ on surface / slopes/ pillars/ culverts/ causways complete all as specified and directed.
