Engineering Procurement and Construction for Development of New Civil Enclave at Bagdogra Airport of Terminal Building and overhung, Basement, along with Kerb area, MLCP, Utility Building, Elevated Road,Fixed Bridge & Satellite, Kerb amenities, Connecting bridge terminal to MLCP, Arrival to departure link (Lift & Staircase) etc. with Site development, site survey, site investigations, Earth Work, RCC / Composite Steel Structure/Steel Structure, Aluminium Profile sheet insulated roofing with safety system along with polycarbonate with skylight , City Side Canopy and steel structure, Brick Work / AAC Block work, Aluminium / Glazed façade, Automatic Sliding Doors, Stainless Steel Railings, Cladding works, Flooring, False Ceiling, Partition, Interior Works and furniture including Check In Counters, Sanitary, Plumbing and Water Supply works, Drainage system, Rain water harvesting/rain waterstorage, Landscaping (Soft and Hard),Drip irrigation, Fountain, Pavers, Roads including connection to Approach and Car park with city side compound wall with entrance gates, Bore wells, Maintenance System for False Ceiling & Facade, Utilities, Internal & External Electrification, Lighting (Internal & External, Facade), Power Supply System including Substation & DG sets, HVAC system, Air curtain,Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm Detection System, Way Finding Signages, Building Signage, EV Charging, Solar Power Generation System, PA system, Lift & Escalators, Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP) & RO system including water supply pumps, Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), Tyre killer/ Spike barrier, Bollard & Boom barrier, IT system, EPABX(IP), Boom Lifts, Battery Operated buggies, Hand dryers, sanitary Napkin Vending machine with incinerator, Drinking water fountain and water cooler with normal, hot and cold water facility, baby diper changing station, Airport Systems (FIDS, E- gates, PFMS, SBD & SCCTV), etc. as per drawings, Specifications, DBR, Scope, Codes and Practices and all other requirements as contained in tender document. The detailed design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by ICAO, DGCA, AAI, MORTH, IRC, NBC, CPWD, IS, IEC, ECBC etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM/CNS/IMD regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. i/c all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements i/c optimization of energy efficiency complete as required. Scope of work shall also cover DLP of 02 years after actual completion of work therafter (i) AICMC for a period of 05 years for MEP, AS, IT (ii) AICMC of 02 years for Civil and Horticulture Works (PBB, ILBS work are not included in scope of work). A I C MC shall be applicable for E&M, AS and IT Civil & Horticulture packages indicated at Schedule-N Note: The bidder shall quote the offer excluding GST, ESI & PF (Employer’s Contribution).
