Anti-termite treatment shall be given for the underground portion of the structure. The above rates are inclusive of testing of soil and desining of CWR incluidng its vetting from reputed government Engineering institution/NIT/IITas per direction of Engineer in charge. The construction of safe CWR and required capacity as per structural design will be the reponsbilty of the contractor the contractor has to submit soil test report and vetted structural design in the office of Executive Engineer CD Ayodhya-01.Schedule of payment of CWR attached in Technical Bid.

Construction of Shell type 2100 KL capacity RCC overhead tank on 26M staging from apron level to top of bottom ring beam. Structural designing, supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. for complete construction of R.C.C. Overhead Tank/Elevated Service Reservoir (ESR) of the above capacity having 0.5 m free board and staging above ground level with main components, including cost of soil testing and assuming bearing capacity of soil as 6 MT/m2, with supply of design and drawings of ESR as per architectural drawing approved by the Parishad duly vetted by IIT. All water-retaining components of ESR shall be cast in M-30 concrete, and the minimum grade of concrete for the foundation and staging should be M-25, using approved cement, coarse sand, and stone grit as per IS. 11682 and l.S.456. Seismic effects and wind load should be taken into consideration as per IS 1893 for earthquake resistance and IS. 875 part-III for wind load on structure and including 1.2 M wide RCC staircase,1.2 m wide R.C.C. M30 balcony, railings, MS ladder, shaft for pipes, etc shall be provided as per approved architectural drawing /detailed specifications and one aluminum ladder with railings inside the tank from top dome manhole to the bottom dome with a proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape of 1.2 m dia, Water level indicator fabricated with sensor connecting to automation, Lightening conductor as per IS.S.2309 or its latest amendments of latest electricity rules, consisting of proper elevation rod with 5 or more fork points as prescribed in IS 2309-1969 and IS 3013-1966, C.l. manhole of min 60x60cm size cover with locking arrangement, Supply, fixing, jointing of following D.I, D/F Pipes of appropriate size with D.I, D/F specials conforming to IS 8329/2000 as vertical pipes for inlet, outlet overflow and washout as per latest / relevant IS. specifications with all jointing materials, Duckfoot bends, Puddle collars, Bell Mouths at the end of pipes, CI/ SS jali at top of outlet pipe for proper completion of work, Construction of bed blocksand 1.2 m wide apron in 1:2:4 PCC with cement, coarse sand and approved stone grit, Supply and installation of CI D/F SV/Butterfly Valves having electrically actuating system on Inlet/ Outlet valves, construction of Masonary washout/overflow chamber and chambers for sluice/butter fly valves as per departmental type design and drawing, Supply and laying/jointing of 200 mm dia PVC pipe for disposal of water from overflow and washout chamber to suitable point in the drain outside the water works compound, Painting of all concrete surface and steel pipe works with three coats of Apex Ultima or equvalent paint on base coat, excluding the Area Which Drawing /Art work based on theme approved by UPAVP on exterior surface of Dome & Shaft, making the tank body water proof and its hydrailic testing as per relevant IS code, painting 2/3 of upper part of inside of the tank and the top dome ceiling with 120 microne thick Food grade Epoxy, all Work complete as per specifications to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge. OHT/ESR Capacity: 2100 KL , Staging :26 M Sizes of DI D/F pipes: Inlet pipe:350 mm dia; Outlet pipe:400 mm dia; Overflow pipe:300 mm dia; Waste pipe: 100 mm dia; Fire Hydrant outlet pipe: 80 mm dia (Note: 1-The Inlet pipe is to be kept above the bottom dome so that a clear capacity earmarked for firefighting remains reserved to feed the Fire Hydrant outlet pipe. 2-Inlet pipe,overflow pipe,outlet pipe ,wash out pipe are min.3.0 m apart from apron. The above rates are inclusive of testing of soil and desiging of ESR incluidng its vetting from reputed IITas per direction of Engineer in Charge the construction of safe CWR and required capacity as per structural design will be the reponsbilty of the contractor the contractor has to submit soil test report and vetted structural design in the office of Executive Engineer CD Ayodhya-01 .Schedule of payment of ESR attached in Technical Bid.
The above rates including Extra bolcony at Dome bottom Level & making Cornice Design As Per Architectural drawing approved by UPAVP if the work not to be done Less 4% the Cost of ESR .The contractor have to fill land with earth of 5.00 m surrounding of the OHT .Plinth of OHT should be from 0.75m to 1.00m from road crown level.
If safe bearing capacity of soil is found more/less than 6.00 T/sqm then variation is provided as follows:- 1.01 Less Rate for Bearing capacity increase =Rs.100000.00 per 0.5 MT/sqm+ Bond Percentage 1.02 Add Rate for Bearing capacity decrease =Rs.100000.00 per 0.5 MT/sqm+ Bond Percentage
