(i) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of acrylic cementitious waterproofing application. whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD), apply one coat of sika top seal 109/ brush bond Fosroc /Fastflex Dr Fixit/ STP /CICO primer approx 200 gms/ sqm, as per manufacturer's instruction. (ii) Applying second coat of water proof elastic Acrylic modified waterproofing coating on the entire area and second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat i.e. as mentioned here-in-before para (i) in the direction right angle to the previous coat. the waterproofing coating should be taken to a height of minimum 200 mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Apply SIKA FABRIC 50 / FOSROC / Dr Fixit/ STP / CICO whilst the first coat is wet and then apply second coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Apply a protection layer of 15 mm thick plaster made of (1:4) cement sand mortar admixed with integral waterproofing compound SIKACIM/ Fosroc /Dr Fixit/ STP / CICO confirming to IS: 2645 as per manufacturers instructions, over the applied waterproofing coating and broadcast with quartz sand to form mechanical key complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing treatment shall be executed through autherised applicator only )
Material and labour for sealing of pipe penetration through the RCC slab or walls using SIKAGARD 694 F (I) /F0SROC / STP / DR Fixit/ CICO, around the perimeter of the pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Apply first coat of water proofing coating over primer surface (Shali Urethene BTD with non butuminous bleding of STP Ltd. @ 1 Sqm/Ltr without dilution OR Dr. Fixit New Coat without any dilution @ 2 Sqm /Ltr) (c) Lay Non woven fiber glass mesh (Reinforcement of Shali Geo Text 40/50 gsm of size 2.5mm x 2.5mm) or equivalent with overlap of 50 mm on both direction while the first coat is still wet. (d) Apply second coat of water proofing coating as per manufactures instruction after 6-8 hrs of drying of first coat. (e) Apply third coat of water proofing coating (as per manucturer instruction) after 6-8 hrs of drying of second coat The total thickness of 1 to 1.2mm must be achieved after 7 days of air cure. Note :- 1. The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2 . The work shall be carried out by aithorised applicator only 3. Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer instruction

Supply,installation,comissioning and testing of diesel generator set directly coupled by flex disc and placed on common Frame mounted on Anti -Vibrating mounting under acoustic enclosure of 125 KVA capacity and IP 23as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 and other necessary standards including foundation as per manufacturers recommandations.
Engine: Four stroke,multi cylinder , turbocharged Diesel Engine powered by HSD to developing necessary BHP to deliver output of 100KW confirming to IS-3046/BS:5514 with safety features of LLOP(Low lubricant oil pressure) &HWT(High water temperature) etc. Automatic start of DG set with suitable motor powered through Maintenance free batteries of sufficient capacity with inbuilt charger for self charging. Engine is to be protected from High coolant temperature,over speed,Low oil pressue, battery over/under voltage,low coolant level and issue necessary trip/alaram signal. Well designed Air filter dry type,lube oil filter and Dual Fuel filter system with water in fuel sensor confirm to IS. Engine is to be to provide GCU(Generator control unit)& ECU(Engine control panel) on control panel. Exhaust emission from the engine should meet the latest MoEF(Ministry of Environment and Forest norms.
Brushless Alternator: Alternator rated at 0.8PF lagging, 415V, 3 Phase, 4 Wires, 50 Cycles/Sec., 1500 RPM, stator winding of Double layer winding with pole pitch 2/3 and dynamically balanced rotor conforms to BS2613/IS:4722 self excited and self Regulated with brushless Excitation conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1. Voltage Regulation of +/- 1% from No load to Full Load by using AVR(solid state device). Electronic Governer of class A1 and frequency variation not more than +/-1% as per conforming to IS-BS 5514. Insulation class “H” and should be sustain to Temperature rise in windings. Necessary protection to alternator from internal faults like under voltage ,over voltage,over load ,under/low frequency,short circuit protection aganist Line fault,earth faults,phase failure. Waveform/Total harmonic Distortion is to less than 3% Efficiency at rated voltage at 0.8PF at any load should be >90%
Control panel Powder coated control pannel manfactured with CRCA sheet of 14 guage thickness should free from dust and vermin proof and space heater of sufficient size. . Micro-processor based integrated engine and generator control unit with built in Auto Start/stop and Emergency stop button with large size LCD displaying with continuous scrolling of system parameter like voltage,current ,frequency,kW,KWH ,PF,RPM ,Engine oil pressure,coolant temperature, fuel level indicator,battery voltage, DG set running hours and other necessary information. Indicating lamps for load on and Set running. MCCB of suitable capacity to protect from over load and short circuit protection. Current transformer of suitable rating and aluminium busbar of suitable capacity. Control circuit duly wired and ferruled . Panel to be fitted inside the canpoy with excellent visibility through a hardened glass inspection window.
Acoustic Enclosure: Acoustic Enclosure slient canopy met stringent noise emission standard as laid down by MoEF/CPCB-II Average sound emission from the the canpoy at a distance of 1 meter in green field condition is less then 75DB by proving necessary silencer . Enclosure should made up of CRCA sheets and structural/sheet metal base frame and necessary coating to protect from rusting.

Earthing complete with Copper earth plate 60×60cmx3.15mm thick electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 20x3 mm copper strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
