PROVN OF TERMS CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS IN THE AREA OF MH SHIMLA AND SANJAULI UNDER GE (I) JUTOGH

To perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I Specifications and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part - II (Rates) together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid Standard Schedule of Rates during the period of one year from the date of Acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates OR at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of "General condition of Contracts (IAFW-2249)" 1989 print with errata/amendments as applicable.

(v) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extant irespective of the amount worked out/mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/services at the rate contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part - II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during Contract period. No claim of the Contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done/work done.
