Excavating over areas, n exc1.5 m deep and getting out hard/densesoil making good surface and disposal etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, mass concrete and sub-base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rolled section of structural steel work as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W(gde-E-250) quality-A etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe 410-W(gde-E-250) quality-A etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.56mm plain alumunium sheeting alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hip, valley gutter, drip and straight flushing (length and girth as fixed) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm Moorum filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers , watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 (1:3:6) with solid blocks,exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering, 12 mm thick on brick work / concrete work or stone masonry surfaces with Ready Mix Plaster (RMP) in single layer of Makes / Brands ACC's "Accoplast" / CK Birla's "Aerocen" / Magic Plast / Buildwell / Speed Dry Mix's "Eco Plaster" etc complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The thickness of plaster is the minimum thickness and is exclusive of thickness of key. Dubbing if required is deemed to be included in the plaster and nothing extra shall be paid.

M&L Machined pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade over a stone dust cushion of 30mm thick etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement and sand mortar (1:3), joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Filleting in any position and to any shape in cement and sand mortar (1:4) including all mitres, stops, etc. etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for prepration of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including applying two or more coats of Premium acrylic emulsion etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floors etc. laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminum alloy interlocking snap grid 600mmx600mm consists of Min tee runners of size 38mmx25mmx1.5mm and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mmx1.5mm spaced between the main Tee at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 600mm x600mm etc complete including GI wire hangars at 1200mm interval all as specified

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fiber cement building boards of make 'E board classic designer board (cascade or Occenic) of M/s Everest industries Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with tc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
