REPAIR/MAINT OF B/R EXTERNAL SERVICES AND CONNECTED WORK IN MANIKSHOW HOUSE, OFFICERS MESS, SM-1 O-3, M-5, M-1 O-5 INSIDE VIJAY DURG UNDER GE(FW) KOLKATA

Demolition of cement Concrete(reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolation) Roof, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall,beam and columns in floor, roof landing,, balconies,conopies, deck slab and shelves etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, cover slab for manholes etc, chullah, hoods, chajjas, water trough, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plan face including chamfered weathering, throating etc including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of suspended slabs, floor slab, landing and similar work n. exc. 200 mm thick rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel deformed bar 8 to 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, each 10 mm thick, to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3 % by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished rendering surface even and smooth(without using extra cement). (Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only")

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished rendering surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on other than fair face of brick or concrete surfaces on internal surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.
