Clause ITT 3.2 b)To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21 to 2024-25) b) Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least any construction work of value not less than of Rs. 13.60 Lakhs (25% of the cost of the work) Note : The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/ Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause 3.2 (b).

Clause 3.2(d) To qualify for award of this contract The tenderer or his identified sub contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works issued by KPWD/ Government electrical Inspectorate and should have executed similar Building electrical works in the last five years i.e (2020-21 to 2024-25) totaling Rs. 1.41Lakhs in any one year Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/ Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause 3.2 (d). The letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for electrical works should be obtained and uploaded in the KPP-portal

Clause 3.2(e)The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works issued by BWSSB/ KUWS&DB and should have executed similar building water supply/sanitary engineering works in the last five years i.e (2020-21 to 2024-25)totaling Rs. 0.92Lakhs in any one year. Note-The Work done certificate should be issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer of State or Central Government/ Semi Government/Government undertaking/ autonomous bodies of Government will be considered for the clause 3.2 (e). The letter of willingness of the sub contractor to be engaged for water Supply works should be obtained and uploaded in the KPP-portal.

Clause 3.6 -Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated for prime contractor are as under Assessed available tender capacity AxNx5-B Where A maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years 2020-21 to 2024-25 updated to 2025-26 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value, at 2025-26 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 4 months. Note. The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.
