Other than MSEs - Previous work orders and experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply like Physically Handicapped equipments to the Government Departments for an amount of 2.16 Lakhs 80 Perecent of the requirement of the quantity required in any ONE of the last 3 years as per Section-XII. (Or) MSEs - Previous work orders and experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply to the Government Departments for an amount of 1.08 Lakhs 40 Perecent of the requirement of the quantity required in any ONE of the last 3 years as per Section-XII. MSEs registration certificate should be uploaded and Relevant documents should be uploaded. (Or) For Authorised Suppliers: Tenders of Tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided 1) The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and 2) The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily Previous work orders and experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply like to the Government Departments 30% of the requirement for an amount of 0.81 LAKHS

Other than MSEs The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than 2.70 Lakhs during the last 3 precedings financial years. The CA certified turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded.MSEs The Average Annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than 1.37 Lakhs during the last 3 precedings financial years. MSEs registration certificate should be uploaded.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount Rs 0.81 lakhs (Unconditional Letter of credit from scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates issued by Nationalized banks.
