Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) of any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and preparing post holes for providing new posts in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, Mild steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includdigng, securing or tying at crossings with and provisiion of galavnised (Zink coating 60 gsm) mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed each line wire to measured complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS zinc coating 60gms as per IS 4826 fencing of any mesh & any size or type of wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- This item shall be measured and paid as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe-410 W (Gde, E-250) Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for securing with clips for fixing chain link fencing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 5 to 10mm dia mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to be bolted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10mm including fixed with bolt or welding to angle complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces, exc 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforeced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, edging rounded or chamfered type etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repair for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers & Jallies, 35mm thick including all mouldings set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m indepth for foundation, manholes etc and n.exc 10 sqm on plan on plain area and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, fillings in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, n.exc 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soils, not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling, random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling, random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) but except stone complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Old serviceable stones/brick retrieved vide Sl Item no 18.00 shall be reused.

Extra over random rubble stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing to face beds & joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm on (Sand stone) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brick work of fly ash bricks of old size built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 22.00 here in before but except Brick. NOTE : Old serviceable stones/brick retrieved vide Sl Item no 18.00 shall be reused.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete/ brick masonry wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster or stone / brick wall, ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rough cast plaster mix with crusted stone (6-10 mm), sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 , over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in under coat including dubbing coat (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered/Rough cast plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position & any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete, all as specified & directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in landing cover, drain cover, water troughs and similar work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, bed concrete of drain, surface channel etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall/laid in floor, ISI mark, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed of drain pipe of 300mm dia (nominal) including packing under and complete surrounding the size of after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed.
