Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair face of stone masonry surfaces with cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting as preparatory to distemper including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall by rubbing with arasive paper and dusted off complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying 3 coat of white wash on new asbestos cement plain building boards including preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying 3 coat of white wash on old asbestos cement plain building board surfaces of ceiling incl complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed.

Dismantlig/ taking out existing hessain base felt or any other water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing top surface of RCC slab complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of roof surface by throughly wire brushed, washed, dried up, cleaned of all the foreign matter and dust, and applying bitumenous primer @ 250 gms/sqm, and then laying 4mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester matt as reinforcement weighting not less than 3.5Kg per sqm, laid on primed surface with torch application method by providing overlap minimum 100mm on logitudinal and 150mm on transerve direction,and finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per sqm with preparation of treated surfaces, all angles and similar projections should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage, all joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml/bag of cement.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 with URP modified mortar including preparing surface with wire brush, washing and laitance remove of all loose particles followed by washing the surface clear water with high pressure jet all as completed, including injucting of crack with crackfiller solvent of 1st grade quality than providing two coats of shalicryl 215 UV resistant elastomeric roof coating over shaliurethane BTD bituminous modified elastomeric liquid membrane over polyster reinforcement over priming coat complete all as per manufactures instruction and directed by the engineer in charge. Name of manufracture :- Pidlite, Shalimar, Sikka, MC-Bauchemie, Texsa etc or equivalents. Note : The work shall be executed through manufracturer applicator.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roofs, kerbs, beam etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound of complete all as specified and directed.
