Pre-priced Schedule of credit to be quoted by the contractor and to be deducted from his overall quoted amount. The amount quoted shall either be equal to the amount inserted by department or higher than this amount. Any amount inserted lesser than the amount inserted by the department shall not be accepted and in such case the amount inserted by the department shall be final and same shall be considered while arriving at the total lump sum quoted

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-X (MISC) Note: Amount shown against estimated cost is Zero, implies that the bidders shall quote his own rates for the items individually. (SITE CLEARANCE, AREA DEVELOPMENT, EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK)

Supply and filling of approved soil obtained from outside MD land, spreading and levelling in layers n.exc 30cm thick including watering & well ramming/rolling to true surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The unit rate quoted under column 6 against the above item shall deemed to be included the cost of following provisions : - (a) Earth shall be got approved from PM (OL) Dinjan. (b) Earth required for above item shall be brought from outside MD land. (c) Rough excavation required for approved earth. (d) Royalty charges etc. required to be paid. (e) Transportation of approved earth from site of rough excavation to site of work including loading and unloading of earth.

(Electrification)

M&L point wiring with 2 Nos 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated, stranded single core unsheathed HRFR/FRLS copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawin in and including concealed enamelled metal conduit (heavy duty) of suitable size, ISI marked with all fittings and accessories of enamelled metal conduit (like Tee, bend and junction box etc.) complete fixed to walls/ceiling etc. with and including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core HRFR/FRLS copper cable as earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point including supply & fixing of 1.6mm thick pressed mild steel sunken terminal boxes of suitable size with 3mm thick PVC/Plastic laminated sheet. Top cover, suitable sizes of brass screws and washers etc. for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc complete for one lingt/fan/exhaust/bell point controlled by one way switches including necessary chase cutting for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but for each additional light point 3 Nos light points controlled by same switch on the same switch circuit.

Supply and fixing of FLP/WP switch with termination box, 10 Amp, single pole with on/off complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing street light fitting 70 watt Sodium Vapour lamp sheet aluminium housing and dyecast aluminium alloy control gear housing in grey hameston stove enamelled finish side with clear acrylic bowl and accessories complete with 70 Watt HPSV lamp, ballast, ignitor, condensors etc along with 1.2 mtr long GI bracket 40mm bore and clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, earthing complete with galvanised iron plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm (at 2 points) as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-1 connected to earth test point including necessary excavation in any type of soil/strata, drilling hole for electrode, PCC pit with 50mm thick RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and earth lead protection pipe 50mm dia GI light grade and complete all as specified and as directed. Note No 1 : The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC M-25 (design mix) cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 50mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl Page No 422 of SSR Part-II. Note No 2 : Unit Rate includes main earthing lead and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre. Earthing lead & GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately, if required. Note No 3 : On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

All as per item No 5 here-in-before but using 4mm dia GI earth lead in lieu of GI earth strip.

Supply and Laying cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with Aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes : -

(a) 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm

(b) 2 Core 10 Sqmm (for Street light and Warhouse)

(c) 2 Core 6 Sqmm (for Warehouse)

Supply & fixing 4 pole, MCCB 63 Amp, 50Hz, 415 Volts, with rapturing capacity 25KA fixed in metal enclosure box

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of factory made, cubical feeder piller Box, dust & vermin proof, outdoor double door type, overall dimension 1 mtrs (H) x 0.80 mtr (L) x 0.450 mtrs (D) with front & rear opening including door locking arrangement made of MS flat iron 40mm x 6mm & MS angle iron of 40 x 40 x 6mm frame with legs of 450mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B2 platform of size 1.5 x 1.0 x 0.50 mtrs including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil and painted outside & inside with one coat of red oxide & two coats of approved make grey enamelled paint complete prewired with suitable size of copper conductor & Aluminium bus bar strip 32mm x 6mm thick with connection for all switch gear jointing material for UG cable & aluminium lugs & commissioning of the following. (Please refer Mian Panel SLD). Incoming - MCB 63 Amp 4 POLE 16 KA 415 Volts - 1 No Outgoing - MCB-16 Amp TPN-1No - MCB-16 Amp DP – 6 Nos - Digital Ammeter - 1 No - Digital Voltmeter - 1 No Including supply and fixing of Time Switch 415 Volts, three phase of 20 Amps rating with contractor fitted inside steel enclosure (this part of Main LT panel SLD) Incommer 16 Amp TPN MCB 10KA – 1 No complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Junction Box (Loop and Loop Box) of size 15 x 20 x 12cm made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet fix with steel tubular pole with 25mm x 2mm x flat iron with necessary MS nut bolts and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 2 Nos aluminium bus bar of 60 Amp capacity each and 1 No MCB SP 6 Amp 240 Volt all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable end termination jointing kit suitable for 1100 Volts grade 35 Sqmm 3.5 core under ground cable.

S&F cable path indicator make of MS sheet 3mm of size 200 x 150mm spot welded with angle iron of 40 x 10 x 5mm thick 750mm long embedded in PCC 2:4:6 incl. painting with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and sign writing with white paint showing size of cable HT/LT as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of valve chamber for sluice valve using sub-class “B” bricks in CM 1:4, 230mm thick walls, including plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded coarse aggregate) 100mm thick in foundation excavation and earth work in any type of soil/rock MS sheet cover double door 3mm thick sheet with locking arrangements including lock sixty five mm, brass and key painted with two coat of anti-corrosive paint over one coat of primer of size internal dimension of 900 x 900 x 900mm suitable for 100mm dia sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD / HARD STANDING

S&F CAT EYE (3M USA Brand) made of non breakable polycarbonate with electronically welded primatic retro reflective lens on centre for maximum retroreflection in wet and dry conditions with dust proof body (i.e. no dust accumulation on lens) and space built for finger grip and fixed using bitumen adhesive B1-69 Gde complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix delinetors made of acrylic material fitted with high intensity reflex reflector in white/yellow colour fitted on 65mm dia CRCA pipe120cm long painted with powder coated or stove enamelled white/black colour provided with wire gauge for safety of reflector (ART No ARS-1006 of M/S Auto Mate Road Safety Pvt Ltd or other standard equivalent make approved by PM) embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (size of Block 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm) including necessary excavation and earthwork and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying only cautionary sign boards of size 4’ x 3’ as per IRC made out of 2.0mm thick aluminium sheet with frame and with front face of aluminium sheet to be fully covered by white frame and with front face of aluminium sheet to be fully covered by white diamond grade Micro prismatic Type IX Retro Reflective sheeting matter by overlay Red colour film and back side painted with grey Epoxy paint including fixing provision of one post of MS pipe 75mm dia 3.80 Mtr long duly painted in black and white alternate bands of synthetic enamel paint and hold fasts at bottom complete all as specified and approved by PM.

FIRE POINT

M&L for fire point covered at top with and including 0.60mm thick Galvalume corrugated sheeting of length and width as shown on drawing, fixed with self tapping screws etc. with painting complete fire point with approved red colour (signal) synthetic enamel paint complete all as shown on drawing No CCE3/LEK/FP-AR sheet 1/1 and as specified and as directed.

SPECIAL ITEMS OF WORK

Supply & Fixing approved make energy efficient 4’ flame proof lighting fixtures in die cast aluminium LM-6 construction alongwith flame proof termination. Die cast aluminium 1 x 40 watt tube light fixtures with triphosporous high lumen coating having life of 10000 burning hours with high frequency electronic ballast, instant start, operating voltage 130-280 volts, power factor >0.9, tube rod etc with two years warranty for complete light fittings (viz tube rod, electronic ballast etc) complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply & Fixing MCB SPN 40 Amp, 240 Volts confirming to IS-8828 complete all as specified and directed.
