GE/BAS-21/2025-26 Repair and maintenance of external water supply including GI/CI/DI pipe lines, sluice valve, gate valve and allied services at Basoli station under GE Basoli

Amount

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of CI/GI water tubing and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of existing pipe of 80 mm dia and relaying to repair the joints rubber joints for DI pipe and led joints for CI pipe including shifting the existing location to adjacent location as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Earth work, joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out of existing pipe of 100 mm dia and relaying to repair the joints rubber joints for DI pipe and led joints for CI pipe including shifting the existing location to adjacent location as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Earth work, joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out of existing pipe of 150 mm dia and relaying to repair the joints rubber joints for DI pipe and led joints for CI pipe including shifting the existing location to adjacent location as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Earth work, joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying for 50 mm bore dia of Galvanised iron tubing "Medium grade" laid in trench, walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings such as tees,bend,elbows,sockets reducer, nipples and union including taking out old unserviceable GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for 40 mm bore dia of Galvanised iron tubing "Medium grade" laid in trench, walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union including taking out old unserviceable GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for 25 mm bore dia of Galvanised iron tubing "Medium grade" laid in trench, walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union including taking out old unserviceable GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for 20 mm bore dia of Galvanised iron tubing "Medium grade" laid in trench, walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union including taking out old unserviceable GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for 15 mm bore dia of Galvanised iron tubing "Medium grade" laid in trench, walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings such as tees,bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union including taking out old unserviceable GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for 80 mm bore dia of Galvanised iron tubing "Medium grade" laid in trench, walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union including taking out old unserviceable GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for 100 mm bore dia of Galvanised iron tubing "Medium grade" laid in trench, walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union including taking out old unserviceable GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for 50 mm bore dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for 40 mm bore dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for 25 mm bore dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for 20 mm bore dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of Bore well water/ Raw water/STP Water/Clear Water to analyse the following parameters as per IS 10500:2000 through Govt. approved laboratory:- a) Physicochemical parameters of water/eflluent sample b) Bactoriological test of water sample. c) Metals ( Except Hg, As & Se). d) Pesticides.

Attending routine complaints of external water supply including rectification of minor defects by taking down of existing GI tubing up to 25 mm dia, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of jumper valve/ packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI fittings shall be mesured and paid under respective item of BOQ as Supply only.

Attending routine complaints of external water supply including rectification of minor defects by taking down of existing GI tubing 40mm to 50mm dia, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of jumper valve/ packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI fittings shall be mesured and paid under respective item of BOQ as Supply only.

M & L for attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to CI/DI water mains of size 80 mm to 150 mm dia at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P such as JCB etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI specials/DI-joints such as collars bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- CI specials, lead Joints, D-Joints, Clamp joints etc shall be measured and paid under BOQ items 22 to 52 as supply only.

Note:- Joints, excavation and earth work and fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply laying , jointing and testing of Ductile Iron pipe, sockets and spigot end, class K - 9, of 100 mm dia ISI marked, including special fittings suitable for push on jointing with inside cement mortor lining, external metallic zinc coating followed by finishing layer of black bitumen coating, pipe laid in trenches, joints and jointing materials as per OEM specifications and testing including taking out old unserviceable DI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Joints, excavation and earth work and fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve and supply and fix new cast iron sluice valve flange type of 150 mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS - 14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket(neouprene) complete (Joints, excavation and earth work and fittings shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve and supply and fix new cast iron sluice valve flange type of 100 mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS - 14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket(neouprene) complete (Joints, excavation and earth work and fittings shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve and supply and fix new cast iron sluice valve flange type of 80 mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS - 14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket(neouprene) complete (Joints, excavation and earth work and fittings shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for CI fittings for spigot socketed /flanged pipe upto 150mm bore such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee, joint pieces, single branch 'Y' junction double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars caps complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Joints shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing iron/steel lid on masonary valve chamber of size 90x90 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of masonary valve chamber size 105 X 105 X 105cm (Internal dimension) with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) sub base of floor, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement, one brick thick wall in cm 1:4 using old size sub class 'B' bricks and plastering internally and externally upto 150mm below GL 15 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) and MS sheet cover not less than 6 mm thick with angle iron frame size 40x40x6mm, locking arrengement and painting with two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of the red oxide primer including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
