Demolition of Concrete /Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar1:6, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, column and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete square, Circular rectangular on plan or polygonal all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT reinforcement Bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT reinforcement bars of 5 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed

S&F MS Work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as soecified and as directed.

M&L for Painting to steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer all as soecified and as directed.

S&F Razor concertina coil, 610mm dia consisting of spiral with sharp edged tape crimped to a steel wire duly galvanosed with scrapper barb having 51 spirals with 125 clips ( when streched to a length of 6m) including fixing to MS work, provision of one coat of marine paint over a coat of primer provided by the manufacturer etc all as soecified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in copings, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throatings etc all as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M& L for Mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape if required, as tie bars for fixing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type or position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC vinyl coated GI chain link mesh of size 50mmX50mm , 3.6mm GI wire with 1 mm thick PVC vinyl coated all round complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The dia of mesh wire after the coating shall be 5.6 mm & coating shall be green yellow in colour.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete in repairs all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel rag or lewis bolts , diameter of neck 12 mm, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in CM and taking out of trenches /walls of 100 mm dia if required all as specified and directed

M &L concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone) for 100 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed

S & F for CI soil/Waste/vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floor of 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed

S & F for CI soil/Waste/vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints, fixed with wall of 100 dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for CI soil/Waste/vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints, , laid in trenches or in floor of 100 dia but except pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for CI soil/Waste/vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floor of 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed

S & F for CI soil/Waste/vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floor of 150 dia but except pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning the chocked soakage of manholes of any size and depth and removing scum/sludges to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and cleaning with fresh water by taking out carefully cover slab placing in position including setting the cover slab in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for cleaning of blocked CI pipe line 100 mm bore, carefully in between manholes using splited bamboo, cleaning rod, binding wire etc and flush with fresh water and disposed off the sludge complete.

M &L for cleaning of blocked CI pipe line 150mm bore, carefully in between manholes using splited bamboo cleaning rod, binding wire etc and flush with fresh water and disposed off the sludge complete all as soecified and as directed.

M & L for removing RCC cover slab of septic tanks of various capacities and taking out scum/sludges including foul water and collect the same in closed container and depositing in earth pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land where directed by Engr-in-Charge to a distance exc 250m and n,exc 500m, returing and filling in earth in excavated pit after complete disposal of scum/sludges chamber inlet and outlet pipe, MS rungs, septic tank cleaning with fresh water applying one coat of bituminous paint on steel surfaces such as MS rungs handle, inlet and outlet pipes etc, and filling tank with fresh water upto level as directed placing the RCC cover slab in position and set in CM 1:6 including cleaning the sewage line from last manholes to septic tank complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of filter bed/ soakage well etc by removing the filter media into scum/sludges in foul position n.exc. 1.6m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage manually by rodding, pumping, etc. and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, outside MD land, complete all as directed from the following:- (a) Water closet any description including trap and CI pipe line upto first manhole

(b) Floor trap/Nahani trap upto & including gully trap

(c) Pipe from gully trap upto first manhole (excluding gully trap)

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 19,100.00 towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
