M&L for dismantling the cover of condensor and cooling coil, thoroughly cleaning the external surface (both side) of all the component including fins, base using de-scaling solution of chemicals mix, water etc with the help of air blower, wire brushing and reassemble all the components plate, runner, fan blade etc in original position as and when directed for following capacity of Air Conditioners: -

Window Type Air Conditioner 1/1.5/2 TR capacity.

Split type Air Conditioner 1/1.5/2 TR capacity (1 x Indoor unit and 1 x Outdoor unit)

Make: LG/Blue Star/Voltas/Carrier

All as per item No 21 above but for 2 TR AC. Note:- for Item No21&22 : Compressor/sealed unit shall have one year replacement guarantee from date of installation.

S&F in repair 20mm dia PVC pipe, heavy duty for drain out of condensing water of window/split AC including cutting of floors or making hole in wall and making good the disturbed portion after laying pipe with sadles etc to match the existing surface with original specifications complete all as specified.

S&F in repair copper pipe (hard) 5/8" dia with PUF insulation, CFC free etc as required at site complete all as specified.

S&F in repair copper pipe (hard) 3/8" dia with PUF insulation, CFC free etc as required at site complete all as specified.

M&L for nitrogen testing for leakage in cooling/condensing coil after flush out the refrigerant gas and before the test, nitrogen gas used to purge the system for any remaining refrigerant, air or moisture all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out and dismantling the existing rusted unserviceable condensor coil from existing system of 1/1.5/ 2.0 TR window/split AC located at different places after decanning refrigerent gas from the system to empty cylinder, disconnecting all electrical connection, flair nuts, valves and shut down all preventive valves properly, supply and replace with new condensing coil as per existing size and specification including necessary fixing arrangement and electrical connection and safety protection devices to the existing system and flushing the whole system by nitrogen, leak testing by 200 PSI nitrogen pressure holding of 48 hours, charging of decanning refrigerent to the system and charging of additional refrigerent as required, commisioning and testing complete all as specified.
