Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars, rtc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, incl taking out embedded any position and making good disturbed in ground or PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft / loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers notexceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, basement slabs, under-reamed piles, mass concrete and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span slabs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of rough finish surfaces of concrete floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm and above, cut to length ,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 16 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in stirrus, spaces, and binders.

M&L for brick work in flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius inhalf brick thick walls, built in built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick/stone surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work (Angle, bar and tublar sections) such as posts, railing and fencing work framed guard bars, barred iron doors and similar work including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling, holes notching for wire, etc: flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, stuts etc. for fencing, and similar work incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC coated GI chain link fencing with 50mm x 50mm /75mm x 75mm mesh proper fixed to any type of fencing post with MS fillet and screw bolts all as specified and directed. Note : MS fillet and Screw bolts will be measured and paid separately

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but n exc 15 cm long of 5 to 10 mm dia of neck complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS round bars 10mm dia for support to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, includingspreading, levelling, ateringand well ramming in layersnot exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point for soils complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) as in gate and similar work made of hollow tubes, channels, angles, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the gate with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) work 16-18mm thick, table rubbed and polished for wall lining, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
