Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of central air conditioning plant of water cooled scroll chillers with multiple scroll compressors, water cooled condenser shell and tube, chiller working on Ozone friendly R-410a/R-407c, capacity not less than 3x32TR (2x32TR working and 1x32TR standby) complete to achieve the inside temperature 22 + 2⁰C and RH 55 + 5% with and including the provision of following equipments and accessories, complete all as specified and directed. (i) Water cooled chiller package comprising of multi-compressors with automatic slide wall-03 Nos (02 Working and 01 Standby) each driven with inbuilt electric motor operating on 400Volts + 10%, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply with in-built BMS compatible microprocessor control panel with fault diagnostics including all safety control complete with suitable capacity contactors duly pre-wired and interconnected water cooled shell and tube condensers, oil and refrigerant charged chiller of suitable capacity as directed by OEM including interconnection of refrigeration line and control and accessories with independent circuits, mounted and assembled on common base frame MS sections of suitable capacity as per OEM recommendations with anti vibration pads, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The ratings are based on 44⁰F, chilled water inlet and outlet temperature of 7⁰C and 12⁰C with fouling factor of 0.0001FPS and condenser water inlet and outlet temperatures of 30⁰C and 35⁰C with fouling factor of 0.00025FPS. (ii) Civil works such as modification to existing foundation or provision of new foundation in PCC 1:3:6, making good the disturbed surfaces etc are deemed to include in quoted rate. (iii) Perforated GI sheet cable tray of width as per the cable size and runs duly fixing on angle iron supports grouted in walls for carrying all cables. (iv) Any Item of work not included in above details, but is inescapable, technical requirement for the above AC plant performance and smooth functioning of the plant shall be clearly specified and it should be included in the rate quoted.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of factory made chilled water monoblock end suction short coupled pump - 3 nos (2 working + 1 standby) with TEFC squirrel cage motor, base frame, vibration rubber pad, for the chilled water working on 3 phase, 415Volts, 50Hz , 100% capacity with bronze impeller capable of discharging not less than 115 USGPM - primary pump including foundation as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirlosker / Crompton Greaves / Grundfoss.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of factory made condenser water monoblock end suction short coupled pump - 2 nos (1 working + 1 standby) with TEFC squirrel cage motor, base frame, vibration rubber pad, for the chilled water working on 3phase, 415Volts, 50Hz , 100% capacity with bronze impeller capable of discharging not less than 256 USGPM at 30m head - primary pump including foundation as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kirlosker / Crompton Greaves / Grundfoss. Note for Item Nos 2 & 3: Quoted rates are deemed to include neccesary MS channel base frame for installing the pumps as required at site.

Strip heater 9 KW for AC plant provided under Sl. Item No. 44.00 here-in-before, for controlling humidity with in 55 ± 5% by automatically switching on the strip heaters in 4-steps and including necessary control panel, sufficient number of power contactors, MCB's for controlling step humidity sensors etc., complete all as per OEM recommendations. The heaters shall be fixed to the supply air duct plenum with suitable inspection door, copper cable of suitable size from the heater to the control panel, complete all as specified and directed.

Strip heater 6KW for AC plant provided under Sl. Item No. 47.00 here-in-before, for controlling humidity with in 55 ± 5% by automatically switching on the strip heaters in 4-steps and including necessary control panel, sufficient number of power contactors, MCB's for controlling step humidity sensors etc., complete all as per OEM recommendations. The heaters shall be fixed to the supply air duct plenum with suitable inspection door, copper cable of suitable size from the heater to the control panel, complete all as specified and directed.

FRP induced draft cooling tower of 80 TR capacity, bottle type, complete with spray section honey comb fill basim fan, TEFC motor, intake bird screen and other accessories as required with and including provision of suitable birck work staging with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation and excavation to the required size in any strata, provision of ladder etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Inlet and outlet PPR pipes of suitable size as per the OEM recommendations with control valves from nearest tapping point for cooling tower shall deemed to be included in rate quoted. (ii) 1 x 80 TR (one working and one standby).

CENTRAL AC PLANT AT OLD PPC BLDG (SPECIAL REPAIR) Dismantling carefully the open type compressor of SMC 6-65, make ACCEL of 20 TR capacity for complete overhauling of compressors and replacing all defective mechanical spares, control spares and replacing all gaskets and re-assembling all compressor parts after repairs and refilling the compressor oil and testing the compressors for any leakages, testing and commissioning of compressors to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Required spare parts less than amount of Rs.200/- and are inescapable for functioning of compressor deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) The spares required to be replaced during overhauling will be measured and paid separately under resp Schedule 'A' items.

Disconnecting and taking out the control panel of the air cooled chilled water semi hermetic compressor of capacity 30TR Model: Model: 06E 6 299610, Make: Carrier, identifying the defective spares and servicing the entire panel, removing all defective spares, wiring and PCB and replacing the defective contactors, switch gears, wiring etc. The job includes necessary repairs of the PCB and replacing any spares of PCB as specified by the OEM for its full working conditioning and servicing and repairs to the PCB through authorised technician and testing the complete unit for all its working conditioning after completing job for its proper functioning to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The entire job should be carried out through authorised technicians / service team. (ii) The Spares required for making the control panel working are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Scrapping the old paint completely without damaging any parts and applying one coat of primer and two coat of spray painting the entire body including base with super enamelled paint of color as approved by the Accepting Officer complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs Y-Strainer of 80mm dia IS confirming complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down compressor motor (30-35) KW 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz 1455 RPM cutting & removing the burnt winding, rewinding with same gauge of super enamelled copper conductor, insulating materials etc and varnishing the winding, replacing the worn out bearings complete as per the OEM data & specifications and reassembling connecting testing and commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of the existing monoblock pump set and servicing by cleaning all dust, carbon including greasing for the bearing and replacement gland and bearing as per existing sizes complete for 7.5HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

PVC fins suitable to make of cooling tower MIHIR / PAHARPUR as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of the existing unserviceable spray nozzles from the cooling tower and supply and fix new PVC spray nozzles suitable for PAHARPUR make cooling tower of 120 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable cooling tower fan assembly and supply & fix new cooling tower fan assembly complete with shaft hub and including pully and key suitable for 3 x 40 TR capacities cooling tower and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out the existing old unserviceable water sensor and supply and fix water sensor for entering and leaving water temperature suitable for 3 x 20 TR capacity compressor of (Voltas / Carrier Make) chiller type AC plant and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out the existing old unserviceable water sensor and supply and fix water sensor for entering and leaving water temperature suitable for 3 x 40 TR capacity compressor of (Voltas / Carrier Make) chiller type AC plant and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs in position industrial type pressure gauages dial type with gun metal valves for isolation and necessary fittings of range 0 to 30 psi in the liquid lines complete all as specified and directed.

Leak testing of the AC plant with nitrogen (N2) pressure after evacuating of the existing gas from the system into empty cylinder by separating the entire system, like compressors, evaporator, condensers, cooling coil and refrigerant lines and rectifying the leakage including cutting welding brazing etc and replacing of 'O' ring, washers, gaskets etc flushing out the nitrogen and vaccumising, recharging the taken out refrigerant gas including testing complete all as directed to AC plants of 2x30 TR capacities.

Descaling of one condenser unit of following capacity of AC plants of any make / type with and including descaling compound DC-98 by using rotary type scaling cutter and brushes in stages as required to remove complete scales from all copper tubes till achieve the desired pressure including renewing of gaskets, nuts, bolts and washers etc. and testing all as specified and directed to 3x30 TR capacity AC plant.

Removing the unserviceable V-Belts of sizes B-124 / B-108 / B-90 from the system and supply and fix V-Belts of following sizes and testing and complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable V-Belts of sizes C-110 / C-108 / C-90 from the system and supply and fix V-Belts of following sizes and testing and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the burnt out upto 7.5 HP motor rewinding with copper winding suitable gauge and repair / replacement of the following items, pully belt, blower fan blade, blower motor bearing, AHU micro fins and connected items etc., after completion of work all AHU unit tested by in front of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, 125 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA, thermal magnetic with adjustable over current & short circuit ratings complete all as specified and directed.
