Providing, laying, spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density.complete as per Morth clause 401

Providing and applying prime coat with 60/70bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granuler base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc .required to proper completion of the work as per Morth clause 502.

Providing and laying of bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 @ 5.40-5.60 per cent weight of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Providing & applying tack coat with VG 10 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg/ sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc .required to proper completion of the work as per Morth clause 503.

Providing & laying 25 mm thick compacted S.D.B.C. with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,@ 5.00 % weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, Laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controller to required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of MORT & H section-504

Maintenance of Earth Shoulder(stripping excess soil) assuming average depth of stripping as 75mm, Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor.

Brick edging on both side of road of 1st class bricks 8cm wide and 12cm. deep laid including Supply of all material labour, T&P etc. finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by E/I.

Supply of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete Interlocking paver blocks with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant: manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro- compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30Mpa (M-30) confirming to IS: 15658-2006 including cost of material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in- charge. as per technical specification clause 1504, S.I. No MORD 1500 including earth work in excavation, P/L WMM 115mm thick & local sand bed 50mm complete as per direction by E/I

Class 150 brick work (230 mm thick) in 1:6 cement and Hamirpur/Banda sand ( FM 1.5 to 2.0) mortar in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level (upto two storey) including necessary cutting and moulding of brickwork as required and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm. cement plaster with in 1:6 cement and Hamirpur / Banda sand ( FM 1.5 to 2.0) mortar, single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm. in girth and finished even and smooth. No. extra for mixing any adhetive.
