Operation and Maintenance of 02(Two) nos. of Mechanical Truck Tyre Washing System and one Settling Tank near New Gate No.1 for a period of one year (2026-27).

Outsourcing the operation of the mechanical truck tyre washing system & setting tank at new Gate No.1 engaging 18 nos. of skilled workers round the clock in three Shifts, for operation of the pump, valve and the mechanical system , maintaining the total truck tyre washing system, as and when required, maintaining all records, etc. for smooth functioning of the mechnical truck tyre washing system all complete,with supply of all labour, T & P , all taxes excluding GST as per direction of Engineer- in- charge. NB:(i)The rate of wages against the Item No.1 is as per the approved labour rate of Govt. of India/PPA and will be paid by the department from time to time. The contractor must pay the minimum wages as approved by govt. of India/PPA during operation of contract. (ii)EPF/ESI, Bonus, Gate pass will be reimbursed as per actual on production of supporting documents. (iii)GST as applicable will be paid by PPA. (The payment will be reimbursed as per actual on submisison of supporting documents).

Maintenance of disel Enginee/ Elecrtic Enginee and pumpsets with its all accesrorories including mechanical/ electrical item like replacement of bush, immpelor, greasing of diffrent parts , rewanding of motors, repairing to pump set, repairing delivary pipe / suction pipe, foot valve, non-return valve etc all mechanical parts all water supply pipe line related to the system ,cleanning of nozels etc all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. ( Excluding Control pannel & stater ). The agency has to maintain with minor repairing of 06 Nos. pump set per month. (Excluding GST).

Engagement of following machinaries for regular cleaningof settling tank of trck tyre washing including taking out the slurry from the tank transporting the same to the designated palce with supply of all labour, materials , T&P, fule, operator ,taxes etc all complete as directed by Engineer in charge. ( Excluding GST) .

Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weather coat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, as and when required, removing the flakes applying uniformly two coats including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved quality & shade enamel paint on new iron work over one coat of red oxide primer including scraping, cleaning, the old paint surface sand papering, filling the holes with wax putty etc. all complete including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. all complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Suuplying, fitting,fixing of following dia GI Pipe medium quality conforming to IS-1239, part -1 (2004) including cutting of pipes as per required length , supply and fixing of related fittings like Tee,Elbow,bend,flange,socket, clamps,reducer etc. as required as per site condition including transportation, labour charges for laying of pipes etc. all complete ase per direction of Engineer-in-charge..(Excluding cost of Flange joints). (Excluding GST).
