Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting in roofs having zinc coating @ 120 gms/Sqm with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts all complete as specified and directed.

S&F 0.8mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip & straight flashins (length and girth as fixed) having zinc coating @ 120 gm/sqm fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolt complete as directed.

Ditto as per srl item 2 and 3 but Except sheeting (any Thickness) and all as specified and as directed

GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (Make TATA or JSW)

GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel works of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165; complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces (such as CGI sheet, gi water tubeing, fencing post etc,) of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Dismantling timber scantling of any section in any position unframed work all as specified.

M&L for second class hardwood in scantlings framed and fixed clean sawn etc all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of New untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of Pink primer.

M & L Preparation of new steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide all as specifioed

4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards of any size fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws and providing two coats of white wash including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement plain builiding boards as in ceiling including two coat of colour wash placed on powder coated mild steel snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605x605mm of texture and finish as approvd by Engineer in Charge
