Repairs to the 80mm dia rising main by way replacement of damaged 80 mm dia NRV at the delivery side of the rising main. The job includes extraction of the existing damaged 80mm dia NRV from the delivery line by way of opening at the flange joints. The job includes providing and fitting of 80mm nominal dia. Heavy duty ductile iron, NRV of rating PN 16. The valve shall have body and bonnet of ductile iron, with drainage plug disk, fully covered with rubber (EPDM) approval identical seal on both sides, with integrated rubber joint protected against overload, body seat cast iron, bolts and nuts of stainless steel (A2). Corrosion Protection: Inside and outside epoxy coating, blue, The job includes P/F of 2 No. M.S. flanges 16mm thick perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valves, which shall be fitted with delivery line. The job is inclusive of cutting the old existing flanges with the help of grinder or gas cutter and fitting the new ones by welding the same to the delivery line. Cost on account of nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. required for the job is included in the scope of work. Make;-VAG/Sigma Flow/Talis/CRI/AVK. The NRV shall be tested on full load and test certificate shall be provided with the material.
