M & L for repairs to pot holes of any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting round edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal) and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 Grade at 10 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm & depth exc 50mm but n.exc 100mm deep and removal from site to a distance n.exc 50m complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with @ 4% binder content (Bituminous grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as directed and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally using mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5.00 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50% binder content (Bituminous grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and for uniform smooth surface by using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid in dry of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block reflective type, rubber moulded coloured any shape and size With Grey Cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

- ditto above item 7 but except tiles / paver block.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc.; all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position n.exc 15 cm thickness below and above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type Type C1, 1:3:6 , (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all of quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with Old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including taking dowl tiles wherever required including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 2.50 mm thick hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials in uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause No 803 of MORTH specification including cleaning of roads surface, heating the material within specified temperature limits for marking with all necessary arrangements required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs "Cat Eyes " of size width not more than 130 mm and height not more than 20 mm made out of strong engineering high impact resistant polymer with electronic welded lenses for retro reflective in dry and wet weather conditions along road including taking down old U/S Cat Eyes complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of synthetic enemel paint including washing down and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over primer on new/old palstered surfaces/concrete surface/Kerb stone including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix paving bitumen VG 30 grade, poured in the forms of requisite height shape and width for rumble trip/speed breaker after lifting of forms surface finished to required shape and well compated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F for in repair road delinator made out of M.S pipe having 75mm outer dia, thickness 1.4mm and 1200mm length, duly powder coated in black/white colour and to be embedded in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) with 3 nos x75mm high intensity prismatic (HIP) reflective tapes and MS pipe having powder coated jali & mesh for reflector portion & for anti theft.Below the reflective band of red/yellow/white colour high intensity micro prismatic type - IV tape (As per IRC 67/2010) of 75 mm each shall be provided & including taking down old U/S delinator complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary excavation for embedding of M S delinator shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item.

Supply and fixing with stainless steel frame including necessary clamps etc. retro-reflective, Double Sided, Road Name, Signboards comprising of 4mm thick aluminum composite panel (ACP) mill finished or PDVF coated or as specified as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on the stainless steel frame with VHB tape, 24mm wide and 2.3mm thick provided through out the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front and back face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of IRC:67:2012 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet which will be over laid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create a desired road name information message. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all and including taking down old U/S Frame with board complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Stainless steel frame shall be measured and paid saperatly)

Supply and fixing 50mm dia and 1.80mm thickness of stainless steel pipe for framing of sign board including cutting, welding and framing of stainless steel stucture and including taking down old U/S post / frame complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D-2 (1:3:6) (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Retro Reflective signage board area not exceeding 5 sqm each fixing over 2mm thick aluminuim sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity prismetic (HIP) Retro Refletive sheeting confirming to ASTMD-4956 01 as per colour required, letters and symbols shall be made of same Retro Reflective sheeting duly processed on base aluminum substrate board to be supplied alongwith back supported angle iron frame minimum 25x25x3mm all around complete as per MORTH specification in repairs and including taking down old U/S board complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 125mmx125mmx25mm (Shank 60mm) solar powered blinking led light driveway Roads studs of aluminium alloy made of high efficiency mono crystelline solar panel (2.4V/0.3Watt) with 3 LED's each side, the solar studs have automatic switching on & off system under dark weather and bright condition & each unit should be completely independent composite unit. The studs made by robust all weather aluminium die cast housing with LEDs on each side and colour of LEDs as approved and including taking down old U/S solar Cat eyes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS/Fiber/Plastic of size 100 cm dia fixed cover & including 40mm bore MS pipe of 2.4 meter length duly power coated embeded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x45 cm and excavation earth work and including taking down old U/S convex mirror all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F in repair speed bumps made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 350 mm x 250 mm x 53 mm and weight 1.2 kg approx, colour black and yellow, as per manufacture instruction and taking down old U/S Speed bumps complete all as specified and directed
