Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to outside MD land

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2,(using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete & Sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Random rubble walling, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) except stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) copings, bed plates, water troughs,Kerbs, stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid dry or laid dry & pointed and removal of debris outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M - 35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment including Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

.M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of silt, leaves, vegetation from drains of any de[th and width including taking out cover slabs of any thickness and placing back and making good the finishes and removal of sludge outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
