SUPPLY OF DESKTOPS ALL IN ONE,PRINTERS, TO KSMCA, BENGALURU

Bidder shall submit workorders of last 3 Financial years as proof of experience in supply of desktop and printers

Bid specific Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) should be submitted at the time of participation and same will be sent to the OEM for verification of genuineness

Bidder ISO 9001 Certification Shall Be Uploaded.

Bidder should have been registered in Karnataka for a minimum period of 5Years Valid registration documents shall be duly signed and uploaded

Bidder Shall Provide declaration that the Organization is not blacklisted by Govt/PSU entities on their letterhead

The bidder/OEM should also upload the following certificates which have current validity a. BIS / TCO certification for monitor b. BEE / Energy Star Rating Certification c. ROHS or Equivalent Certificate d. EPR (Extended Producers Responsibility) Certificate / Authorization

Machine, service, Spares and Accessories shall be covered under warranty for the period of 03 years from the Bidder and OEM

Bidders should upload a self certified/duly signed bid document considering as abide to conditions in the Bid and Additional Terms & Conditions included

Name of the tenderer complete details, Postal address, email address & contact number on letter head duly signed shall be submitted

ALL OTHER CRETERIAS AS PER THE TENDER DOCUMENT

Bidder GST Certificate, PAN Card should be submitted

Annual turnover of the tenderer shall not be less than Rs.75 lakhs for each year in the last 3 financial year 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 Chartered Accountant with UIDN Number certified document should be submitted

Balance Sheet and P&L Certified by Chartered Accountant with UIDN Number for last 3 financial year 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26
