Upkeeping of Hockey, football, main athletics and cricket ground ACES cricket / athletics ground, 3 no's synthetic basketball courts and Volley ball courts (Staff, Boys & Girls student),6 no’s Lawn Tennis Courts, Squash Courts, Badminton courts, Gym, TT room, Skating rink in Old & New Sports Complex, practice wall area (tennis and volleyball) i/c change rooms, stores, toilets, offices, including cleaning of outside Lawn areas of premises, parking areas & all building terraces to complete the work at IIT Kanpur premises in order to ensure the complexes, play courts and fields are made available for playing at a given time by the institute. Note : 1. The contractor shall engage at least following manpower in shifts per day ( i.e. 26 days per month a. Skilled workers-6 No's b. Semi skilled worker-1 No. c. Un skilled worker- 23 No's, d. Sweeper (Un skilled) 7 No's 2. The EPF @ 12%, EDLI @ 0.5 % & ESI @ 3.25 shall be reimbursed on actual basis. 3. GST as applicable shall be reimbursed along with the monthly bills, hence quoted rates shall be without GST 4. Supply of safety shoes, gum boots, gloves & two dresses (one for summer & one for winter) in a year. 5. Services including providing damaged spare parts and required items etc. of all equipments / machines provided by the PE section.

Supply of Consumable/ Non Consumable materials: Note : 1. Preferred Make as Material list enclosed as Annexure 'A' of Para 13.1 of Contract agreement 2. Qty of each Consumable / Non consumable materials given in BOQ is on yearly basis. 3. The contractor has to supply the requirement of the material on monthly basis as per requirement as decided by PE section. 4. Brush Cutter Machine & All Lawn Mower machines against Sl . No. 2.1 & 2.2 of BOQ, supplied by the Contractor/agency shall be property of the contractor at the end of the contract. Therefore Contractor/Agency is advised to quote the rental value of the supplied machines. 5. Rates to be quoted shall be without GST
