Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished,

reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

M&L modified polymeric membrane shall be covered with bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.2Kg per Sqm in two coats on Non accessible Roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-22mm thick precast plain cement concrete tiles type B-1, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floorings, roofing set in cement mortar 1:3 over and including 15mm th screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Application should be done with Graco sprayer 675Di by a company authorised applicator. Company back product warranty of 10 years is to be given by company for the product on company letterhead. (Note: Resin is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer, which is two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2, 0 according to EN 13813, having properties like color of pale yellow, viscocity 900mPa.s, density 1.15kg/lt and adhesion of >3N/mm2. Hardener is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer, which is a two component water based epoxy system, It is classified as SR-B2, 0 according to EN 13813, having properties like color of pale yellow, viscocity 37000mPa.s, density 1.08kg/l and adhesion of >3N/mm2.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in water srorage tank of any size/capacity/description/position located on terrace of the building including moving the demolition portions to low lying area or out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F doubled layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top / cover) 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for 20mm bore iron pipe and including GI nipple/union of 20mm bore to connect GI tubing to PVC tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including provision of construction joints and filling with compound of grade 'A' complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and fixing of chicken wire gauge where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC and chicken wire gauge will be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of new plastered and unplastered surfaces of walls facia,chajja,honey comb wall etc by brooming and steel wire brushing and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and directed. (Note : the item cover cement base paint of yellow colour wherever is required).
