EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX) (SEC-II) is not pre-priced by MES and pre-priced rates indicates 12.00 to 22.00 under column 5 signified this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

Supply, Installation, testing etc and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 600 KVA, 415 Volt, 0.80 PF at NTP, mounted on comman base frame alongwith sound proof enclosure (Acoustic enclosure) designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DBA at 01 mtr (average) IS 8528 Para -10 as per approved CPCB norms and as per GSR 371 (E) and 17.05.2020 and its amendments under environment (protection) act 1996, 1500 RPM alongwith AMF Panel with following:-

(i) Silencer pipe independently shorted from Engine to Outside up to 01 Mtr.

(ii) AVM padded foundation as per manufacturer design (iii) Cold starting kit. (iv) Battery, start with suitable size cable for connector from DG set to LT panel board (v) DG set shall be capable of operating in temp range of (-40 degree centrigade to + 35 degree centegrade) (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test (vii) The quoted rate shall be catered to be inclusive of 12 hrs test run at site including of 1 hr on 10% overhead in presence of representative / IEM detailed by accepcting officer, all arrangement made by the contractor for test.

(A) Alternator: Std design alternator rated at 600 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire and 415 Volts at NTP 0.8 PF, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected and drip proof of IP 23 enclosure brush less design with winding in pole faces, insulation class "H" and voltage regulation of +1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +1% tolerance. (B) Prime Mover Vertical Diesel of suitable capacity water cooled (Radiator mounted) enclosed circuit as per BS 649 or IS 10002 direct injuction type turbo charge electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hrs continuously with 10% overloading for 1 hr in every 12 hrs as per BS 5514/BS648. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacturers recommendations and mounted on comman base frame with following accessories as per manufacturers design. Make Kirloskar / Cummins / Greaves Cotton :- (i) Fly wheel with housing (ii) Cooling System- Mounted radiator with fan and belts (iii) Cooling water pump - Centrifugal type belt driven (iv) Exhaust System- Complete with exhaust piping of 200 mm dia with MS Pipe light grade up to and away from the enclosure to be arected coverd with asbstos rope and aluminium foil of 28SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibaration to the wall of the enclosure. Exhaust gases turbo charger type exhaust manifold silencer residential type.

(C) Fuel System Fuel injuction system with fuel injector, fuel injector solenoid switch / nozzles /governer mechanical type capable for 1% speed / frequency regulation. Fuel filter and fuel hosses

(i) Lubrication Oil System - Lubrication oil filter, lubricating oil pump

(ii) Air Intake System - Air intake manifold air cleaner dry type

(iii) Governer - Electrionic governor class A1 (governing)

(iv) Starting System - Electric self starter with maintenance free battery incl battery charging alternator

(v) Batteries : 2 Nos, maint free batteries of 12 V, 180 AH Capacity complete with copper conductor multistandred leads of suitable length from self starter to the battery terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolite all make of battery exide start and stop push button iginition key/switch. Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Synchronization Panel to synchronize parallel operation of two numbers 834 Amp, 480 KW, 600 KVA Diesel Engine Generator 415 Volts, 50 Hz including following:-

(i) Bus bar aluminium 1600 Amp duly epoxy painted and coated with fire retardant tap in a panel of MS 3.15 mm thickness cubicle duly supported to be installed on PCC pedestal on indoor substation to accommodate two numbers Air Circuit Breakers, with IP 55 Protection and host of relays indicating and controlling equipment duly wired with color coded copper wiress.

(ii) Two numbers ACB 1000 A, 4P, 50 Kilo Amp, Microprocessor based front operated draw out type with overload / short circuit protection including digital ammeter (0-1000A) voltmeter (0-500 V) along with CTs/PTs on both the ACBs

(iii) Synchroscope with LED display lamps with relays and contactors to accommodate power from both side, frequency meter (0-50Hz) ammeter (0-1200 A) volt meter (0-500 V) alongwith CTs/PTs

(iv) Earthing test points on two sides

(v) Suitable sized openings including GM cable glands for fixing armoring should be provided

(vi) Space should be kept for any bus trunking arrangements so that power could also be supplied using bus trunking instead of cables.
