Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with ire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Applying evenly a priming /tack coat bitumen VG 10 at 5 Kg per 10 SQM.

M & L for premix Bituminous macadam laying, spreading 75 mm or less (consolidated thickness) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 4% binder content by weight of total mix by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified. Note:- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 4% as per actual design mix the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. If the total binder contents as per design mix more than 4%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. (ii) Job mix formula for premix bituminous macadam shall be obtained from hte institutions specified in CA prior to commenceent of work and shall be got approved from the GE.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic Concrete laying, spreading 30 mm (consolidated thickness) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix bituminous premixed semi dense carpet by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified. Note :- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 5.5% as per actual design mix, the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. If the total binder contents as per design mix is more than 5.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. (ii) Job mix formula for Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be obtained from the institutions specified in CA prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the GE. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.00 mm thick centre lines stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like on road making THERMO PLASTIC paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fixing for metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs road safety convex mirror 100 cm dia etc at approved locations and grouted in PCC (1:2:4) of size 300x300x450mm including excavation and earthwork etc complete all as per manufacturers instructiions and complete all as specified and as directed.
