SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I Cleaning/clearing of sewage line (including manholes except 1st manhole) 100mm to 350mm bore of any description under ground any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from drain with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV having facility of high pressure vacuum including provision of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic fiber based water jetting hose and through conical round shaped nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manhole, sludge water shall be disposed of directed including taking of manhole cover and re-fixing the same after cleaning.

Dewatering/Desludging & cleaning of manhole of any depth, any size, taking out water mixed with sludge and solid sludge including any foreign materials such as stones, tree hedges etc, removing and depositing sludge at a distance not less than 20 meter in a ditch including necessary excavation of pits and covering with earth & spraying unslaked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the manholes to make hygienic including necessary flushing of manholes with water after desludging complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/Pumping out contaminated sewage water from septic tank/soakage well including inlet/outlet chamber after plugging incoming sewage line through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on HCV Honey succer vehicle of capacity not less than 6000 ltrs each and facility of high pressure vaccum and removing off the same in the pit to a placet all as directed by Engineer-n-Charge. Note : One lorry unit will be considered for full load of 6000ltrs irrespective of taking out.

Desludging the solid sludge from septic tank, soakage well including inlet/outlet chamber, removing out all scum, silt reduce sludge (both organic/inorganic nature) after plugging the incoming sewage line through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility of high pressure vacuum and removing and dumping off the same in the tank to a place out side cantonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or area controlling authority complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of soil waste pipe (cast iron/PVC/SGSW/DWCP )150/200mm bore laid in ground any slope or gradient and depth 3 mtr by roding taking out all residue from the lines/manholes including water and depositing at a distance not less than 20 mtr in ditch finally covering the ditch with earth and spraying unslacked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the manholes to make hygienic including excavation of ditch testing of line by flushing water after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/clearing of IWC/ EWC, gully trap /floor trap including CI pipe / PVC pipe upto first manhole by roding, taking out all residue including waste and testing by pouring water after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Cleaning of PVC/CI pipe from first floor / ground floor embedded in floor or fixed to wall included in this item) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F On site LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete for 30 users complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.2 m dia X 3.0m effective depth

Cast iron oval access covers / inspection cover with bolts rubber gasket to make it water tight for 75mm/100mm bore CI fittings including taking out broken/ unserviceable cover with bolts etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed

S&F SFRC Manhole Cover of SIZE 1200X500X65mm thick with angle Iron Frame set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and not exc 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4.00 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for factory made PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheets of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed.

S&F 75mm mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled and fixed.

S&F 100mm long aluminium handles cast type, anodised and fitted.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m wide for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manhole, pair house etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including, spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting pointing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 as in foundation type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fdn filling or mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded aggregate) as in benching, coping including watering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M & L for Brick work with sub class B (old size) brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for TMT mild steel bars 10MM dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole/drain slab cover all as specified and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster etc.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on faces of brick work with or concrete WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified ( WPC shall be measured and paid separately. )

S & F Vitreous china wash down closet pan (Pedestal pattern) white with ‘S’&'P' trap plastic seat cover white including connection to out going pipe & to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc including making good to floor and fixing in repairscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 20 to 22 mm thick glossy finish coloured and pattern in patches in floor with set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles laid over with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as spd and directed

M & L for Glazed ceramic colored tiles 600mmx300mmx 6 to 7mm thick/450mm x300 mm x 7mm,as in patches in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, wall etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with tiles in over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or beddding layer of CM 1:6 including complete all as spd and directed.

Dismantling cast-iron/PVC pipes including fittings taking out of trenches or walls as required dia of pipe upto 100mm.omplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm dia Cast iron pipes with flanged ends, centrifu?gally cast, class A, in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

The supervisor of Contactor shall take all complaints from the Complaint Cell and do the all on same day. 3. Futhermore, the feedback shall be given by the contractor/supervisor to concened JE from all aspect.
