Demolition of reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick (in two layer) plastering on fair face of Brick surface with cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC finish surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling removing all unsound concrete, plastered material by chipping/chiseling gently at all effected and adjoining areas of concrete etc till sound surface is reached all various locations in building (upto 4 storied) subsequently cleaning the surfaces by hair brush and air blower and removing rubbish off the premises and disposing at the dumping site as approved by local authorities including hoisting assembling and fixing of double layer steel scaffolding to external perimeter of building complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement bar upto 12 mm dia and over from behind the reinforcing bars average 25mm (but not less than 15mm air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiseling etc) and applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free of reinforcement bar all as complete as per manufacturer's instruction as specified (upto 4 storied bldg). Make( Rust removing chemical ):- Reebaklens RR of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP.

Material , labour and preparation of existing reinforcement surface by brush and application of two component epoxy zincrich primer on existing reinforcement surface of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre. complete all as specified and directed. (upto 4 storied bldg). Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalent in make as approved by GE.

Material and labour for introducing new reinforcement bars upto 12 mm dia and over for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc complete all as specified and directed.(upto 4 storied bldg)

M&L for supply, mixing and placement of micro-concrete cement based prepacked single component chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow. elf compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of Sika Rep Microconcrete-4 or renderoc-RG of Fosroc in required thickness as per manufacture's instruction and all as directed. Compressive strength (ASTN C 109,cm cube) of 35 MPa at 28 days including application curing compound concrete WB manufactured by Fosroc of equivalent at various locations in Bldgs including necessary form work complete all as per manufactures specification.(upto 4 storied bldg)

M&L for providing and applying at two component structural grade polymer modified reinforcement mortar Fosroc Renderoc S2 or equivalent product of SIKA upto a thickness of 30 mm over a coat of epoxy resin bonding agent Nitobond EP. The cured mortar shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 12N/mm2 in a day & 45 N/mm2 in 28 days with Flexural strength 8N/mm2 in 28 days Chloride diffusion coefficient shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated electrochemical chloride ion diffusion test method and the depth of carbonation shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated carbonation test. in addition to this percentage of water absorption should be 0.45 after 24 hours in immersion test at various locations in Bldgs complete all as per manufacture's specification.(upto 4 storied bldg)

Material , labour for applying of high efficiency polymeric resin base film forming curing agent/compound over concrete surface and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.(upto 4 storied bldg) Make:- Concure LP90 of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP/ Maruti / Choksey chemicals.

Bore packing of all the Spouts to be done with grouting admixture mixes with Cement Concrete / Mortar @225 ml per bag of Cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing grouting in RCC walls and slabs by drilling holes @300 mm c/c upto half of the wall depth in zigzag manner using a drill machine and fixing a nozzle of 20mm dia, for injecting of epoxy grout till the refusal of injected grout material (grouting operation pressure shall be in between 2 to 4Kg per sq cm) followed by cutting the exposed nozzle so as to make the wall/ slab free from the grouting pipe and to seal the gap with polymer modified mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Anti carbonation coating as per manufacturer's specification of approved brand, manually using brushes on the hardened concrete/plastered surfaces after cleaning the surface and removing all loose particles, deposits etc complete including one coat of primer and two coats coatings complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Carbon Fibre Wrapping - Nitowrap CWS – 450 GSM Providing and carrying out Fosroc make carbon fibre wrapping Nitowrap CWS (450 GSM) - High Performance high strength, carbon fibre system for structural strengthening to R.C. members. Surface Preparation : Proper surface preparation to be carried out including cleaning, removal of loose material, dust etc, executing required repairing like epoxy injection grouting, polymer modified mortar, epoxy touching Putty , rounding off edges of structural members to 25mm etc . Application : Prepared substrate shall be primed with Nitowrap 30 epoxy primer supplied in pack size 4 Lit (Base-4.1 kg and Hardener -0.46 kg) at a coverage of 8-10 m2/litre/coat, allow the primer to cure for 24 hours followed by application of first coat of saturant Nitowrap 410 supplied in pack size 5kg ( Base - 3kg and hardener - 2kg) (having Tensile strength >30 MPa; Elongation > 2.1% ; Fibre strength > 4900 MPa ; Fibre E-Modulus >230 GPa & Flexural Modulus > 1700 MPa when tested as per ASTM D638 Type I and ASTM D 790 & Glass Transition Temperature > 50 °C as per ASTM E 1356) to be carried out at a coverage of 3.5 to 4 m2/lit/Coat at around 250 microns WFT, cutting of Nitowrap CWS (available in standard roll width of 500 mm and roll length of 50 mtr & 100 mtr) in required size and wrap over wet saturant keeping minimum 150 mm overlap, rolling the same using hard roller to impragnent saturant and again applying second coat of saturant using suitable bush or roller etc, completing as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge. Nitowrap CW fabric used shall exhibit the following properties - fiber density of 1.8 g/cc, dry fibre thickness 0.40mm and shall have tensile strength > 4900 MPa ; tensile modulus > 230 GPa and ultimate elongation of 2.1%.The adhesion of the entire system(FRP Sheet, Saturant and primer combined) with concrete shall be > 3.5 MPa with concrete failure as per ASTM D 4541 complete as per specification and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm n.exe 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rusted steel windows/ventilators of any description and size including shutters complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for Factory made single extruded WPC(Wood polymer composite) solid door Frames of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension grade), calcium carbonate & natural fibres and non-toxic additives fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwd with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), mimimum compressive strength of 58 N/Sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof & fire retardant & fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointedmechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

Sprinkling fine aggregate immediately after the application of second coat to get the mechanical key for protective plaster including backfilling of sunken floor. Curing to Water proofing membrane to be carried out for minimum period of 3 days with ponding complete. The Water Proofing Product Should have Mixed density: 1.68g/cc (brushable consistency).
