Tile work in skirting risers steps and dado of same make mention in s no. 2 (upto 2m height) over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:3 and joint with white cement stuff @ 3.3 kg/sqm Staff Quarter Rooms, Path and Bathroom/Kitchen at Pathi and Battal including scratching of old surfaces.

Fixing of outer fencing of height 6.5 feet with 2 sqinch mesh with welded 50 sqmm MS flat on 65x65x6mm MS Angle each post with spacing 7 feet, fixing of new gate with iron posts of standard size 12x7 feet manufactured of hollow square bar of size 50x20 mm, with spacing 3 inch including providing andlaying of concrete in 1:2:4 throughout the length of height 2 feet and wiidth 9 inch including earth exavation and disposal of the same at Pathi and Battal) locations.

Renovation of Kitchens by way of supply and fixing of accessories of ISI marked Sanitary Fittings Both CI /GI/ heavy duty PVC fittings and Bibcocks,CP brass, Taps,Union, Pillar cocks, etc and construction of manholes, laying of sewerage pipes. including dismantling existing old accessories. complete in all respects. 2) Kitchens:- 5 nos.

Dismantling door, windows and clerestory windows including chowkhats etc complete and stacking with in 50 m lead and providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for door, windows and ventilators with extruded buct up standard tublar and other section of approved make conforming to IS 733 of IS 1285 anodized tranpart to dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clipper with expansion hold fasten as including filling up of gaps at junction at top bottom and sides with required PVC complete with supply and fixing/erection of 8 mm thick Glass Window/ Door / Ventilator Panes/ Glazed panelling as per the requirement of the site.. Providing and placing of 3 layer PVC water tank of approved brand of capacity 1000 L on roof top including all allied accessories GI/PVC from storage source to distribution source Complete job.

Providing and laying 1/2 inch dia heavy duty GI pipe" B class" underground/overhead as per PHE norms for supply of water from already existing PHE Water supply pipes to collection/ storage point at receiving station / Staff quarters including all fitting accessories (B class)like elbow , tees , nipples, unions, and regulating valves etc. complete job.

Contruction of Water and Septic Tank each of brick works of 23 cm thickness (class B) in cement mortar (1:5) of size (10 ft x 10 ft)and (8 ft x 8 ft), of height 7 ft including excavation of earth work, disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 100 m inluding laying of RCC slab including manhole covers in (1:2:4) cement concrete including required Tor steel as per standard design , plastering, in 1:4 cement mortar insidewalls surfaces , 1:4:8 PCC in the bed and also inside finishing of water tanks by applying cement slurry / chips complete in all respects.

Suply , erection , testing and Commissioning of 1 HP capacity motors of approved brand like Kirlosker, Crompton Greaves including GI pipe along with allied GI accessories from input source of pumping to the source of distribution of water on the roof top including providing of 15 A Power supply source Complete job

Construction of approach road / Passage in the Substation Premises by way of providing and laying of cement tiles(interlocked type) of min thickness 80 mm sizein the footpath including levelling of surfaces ,providing and laying PCC of nominal size 40mm stone metal in 1:5:10 cement mortar of thickness 10 cm depth including ramming under the cement tiles. and also providing and laying 1:2:4 mix concrete of 6 inch width band on both edges of the road/passage . Complete in all respects.

Supply of Heay Duty foldable/collapsible type Aluminium Ladder of length 30 feet of Brander approved make.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand (like Asian/ Nerolac), two or more coat and of required shade over new /old surfaces including priming coat of cement primer to give an even shade complete of Staff Quarters/Control Room including scafoling /shuttering.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs ( including dismantling of brick tiles /mud and stacking/disposal of the same except at Battal and Sattani) by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg./sqm. and coarse sand @1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around including providing and laying in 1:2:4 cement concrete Gola throughout the edge length of the slabs. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately)

Providing and laying common burnt clay (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10 over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over a 12 mm layer of cement .
