Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames for doors with two rebates, of size 125 mm x 60mm, made out of 1.25mm thick sheet, including one shop coat primer and necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames for doors with two rebates, of size 105 mm x 60mm, made out of 1.25mm thick sheet, including one shop coat primer and necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, as per specification & drawing in SSR Part-II, in opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel angle iron chowkats including hold fasts and tie rod complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood plane framed panneled shutter (two panel) with pannels of 9mm BWP /12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneered on both faces, de tapering from 10mm to 5mm around the panel on one side fitted to chowkats. The size of rail and style as per IS 1003 (Part-1) Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 35mm thick glazed and Skelton shutter of 2nd class hardwood (Hollock) open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauge etc.divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any number, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. Size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1 clause 8.20(a) complete all as specified and directed.
