P& F of Single-Phase Servo Voltage Stabilizer Control Card with Double LED display with the below mentioned features: a) True RMS Metering – Voltage, Current, Frequency. b) Over Load Protection with settable Cut-off Time & also with respect to Intensity of occurred fault. c) Over Voltage, Under Voltage protection with settable Cut-off Voltage & Time. d) Calibration type. e) Reverse Phase Protection or Correction. f) Input High/Low Cut by way of replacement of Old Control Cards complete as per site requirement. The job includes all sorts of charges on account of skilled & unskilled labour, tools and tackles etc for the complete job as per site requirement. (Reputed make)

Providing and fitting of 1mm2 PVC insulated 1100V flexible copper cable (FRLS) for the auxiliary wiring of the above Control Cards & AC Drive as per site requirement (Preferred makes: Finolex/ Anchor/ L&T/ Havells/ KEI/ Polycab or Equivalent).

Providing, fitting, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 80Amp 4-Pole MCCB conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2 on ST Pole near Auxiliary 63kVA Transformer having following specifications: Type/Rating:DU100D Make: L&T or equivalent Breaking Capacity: 18 kA (Icu) Thermal Release Range : 63A - 80A Adjustable Overload Setting : 0.8 -1.0 ln Voltage: 415V Frequency : 50 Hz Poles: 04 Usage : outside/external Spreader Terminals : Set of 08 SS Ecclosue : Size I Rotary Handle : Direct ROM Din Rail Kit : 01 The job is inclusive of providing, fixing and tightening of nuts, bolts & washers, ST pole clamp, connecting of main incoming and outgoing connections as per site requirement, then finally testing of the MCCB on full load at site. The job also includes cost on a/c of all transportation charges, tools & tackles and skilled labour component.

Segregation of auxiliary circuit for HT Panels, Lightening and EOT crane circuit at WSS Tangnar Stage-2nd by way of utilizing the services of Service engineer or senior technician along with helper technicians well versed with 33Kv & 11kV electric circuitry, gadgets, C&R, Ht Motor control panels, LT panels etc as per site requirement. The job includes all sorts of charges on account of Service engineer or senior technician along with helper technicians, tools and tackles etc for the complete job as per site requirement for refitting & shifting of cables etc.

Providing & Fitting of AC Drive mechanism with allied works in order to ensure tap of 3.15 MVAS OLTC power transformer automatically comes to the minimum set position in case of power outage by way of fitting of below mentioned items as per site requirement also the job includes all sorts of charges on account of skilled & unskilled labour, tools and tackles etc for the complete job as per site requirement:

Providing, fitting and setting of ON delay (0.3s - 30hrs) 240V AC electronic Timer (L&T GIC or equivalent make).
