ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL Taking down old unserviceable existing lock from Almirah large/ steel and provide new approved quality lock having six levers with duplicate keys and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Godrej/Harrison)

Taking down old unserviceable existing complete locking arrangements from Almirah large steel and provide new approved quality locking arrangements with and including brass locks, steel rods, lock cover, and other connected fixtures as required for smooth functioning of locking arrangements approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable existing handle from Almirah large steel and provide new approved quality handle and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable existing legs from Almirah large steel and provide new approved quality legs and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable shelves from existing Almirah large and supply and fixing new shelf, shape & size as specified on drg.

Scratching out old defective paint spots/denting from Almirah large steel by abbressive paper/cloth and making the surface smooth by filling putty etc and applying two coat of synthetic paint first quality by sprayer method complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Asian/ Nerolac/Berger.

Fixing of old existing shelves fix in position with new Hooks and make functional all as specified and direct by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable existing conduit pipe from locker and supply and fixing new approved superior quality CP conduit pipe for hanging purpose, rest all as specified on drg.

BED SIDE STEEL Taking down and UNSV shutter of bed side steel and S/F new shutter made out 1mm thick MS Sheet, shape and size as existing bed side steel.

Taking down old UNSV leg of bed side steel and S & F new steel leg and gas welding to match other legs of existing bed side table.

Spot welding to existing cracked joints of steel bed side locker by gas welding not exceeding 2.5cm in length as required and after welding joints be smoothen properly by grinding complete all as specified on drg.

All as per item ser No 6 above but bed side steel applying white paint, rest all as specified on drg.

TABLE OFFICE CLK STEEL Taking down of UNSV top of table clk steel and S/F new top made out of MDF bd exterior grade 18/19mm thick one side teak face other side white shade with suitable rubber edges shall be fixed rest all as per drawing. Make of MDF Board : Greenply/Century (Top Brand/Top Model)

Taking down old UNSV drawer of table clk steel made out of 1mm thick MS sheet and shape and size of existing drawer of table steel clk, rest all as per drg and directed.

Repair of old drawer of table office clk and office steel and make functional as existing shape and size as per drg.

TABLE OFFICE OFFR STEEL All as per item ser No 26 above but table office offrs steel, rest all as specified on drg.

RACK STEEL VARIOUS TYPE All as per ser No 33 above but Rack steel various type applying OG paint, rest all as specified on drg.

STOOL STEEL All as per ser No 33 above but stool steel , rest all as specified on drg.

Painting to table steel 3’x2’/3’x3’ internally externally both sides on steel surface with synthetic enamel paint OG two coats after denting as required treatment, applying putty, scraping and cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 36 above but Teapoy Verandah (Applying white paint).

Taking down old unserviceable/defective top from table dinning for ORs and provide of new approved quality 18/19mm thick block board exterior grade, top of size 1900mmx685mm duly covered with 20 gauge aluminum anodized sheet before fixing the top 04 Nos rubber shoes shall be provided at the bottom of each legs complete all as per existing design and pattern/shown on drgs/directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Joining of broken leg/stiffener and other parts of table dining, with gas welding and making functional and as shown on drg.

GI CHARPOY PLYTOP Removing/Taking down of old U/S plywood & U/S broken components & tightening the frame in original shape. Supply and fixing of new plywood 12mm thick BWR phenol bonded on the charpoy duly fixed with nuts and bolts as per the existing pattern Rest all as shown on drgs & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make.
