Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises to a distance beyond 50m and upto a total distance of 250m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel inner girth 30cms in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mi- tred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class old size `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 M mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cm 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers (10+5) mm thick including mixing with water proofing compound in. finishing coat of 5mm thick and finishing of surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including plaster in patches not exc. 1 Sqm each for 2nd coat for numbering complete all as specified & directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound of approval brand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts, struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick masnory of any position place incl swan neck fencing and making good to disturbed portion all as specified.

Supply & Fixing of Mild Steel angle iron for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc ; flat iron fillets/ties for securing wire mesh etc, including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting and fixing in concrete etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S/F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties/tie bars for roof/Chain link including securing bolts complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and fixing as required in fencing complete conforming to Gd-I, IS-432 (Pt-I) all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing *hot dip galvanised) , of any size and any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply& Fixing of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long, diameter of the neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and evenly applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs of Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing’s and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured).

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, not otherwise provided for, such as barbed wire , nuts and bolts and all other connected steel articles in fencing etc . Complete all as directed by the Engineer-n-charge.

S&F mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), as in doors or gates of angle or water staging tank other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering to be prepare for hanging including either hooks or hinges etc.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick as in floors, finished rough to receive tilling complete all as specified and directed

M&L Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ layingof inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) parapets, wall copings, including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation concrete of drain and surface channels etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 25 cm X 25 cm X 22 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) all as specified and as directed.
