Repairing of doors by way of replacement of damaged ply boards by providing and fixing of teak board 4 mm thick ( including fixing of builders hardware as deemed fit by engineer in charge) . The job includes dismantling and refixing of the same after necessary repairs.

Providing and fixing of crewel hand embroidered curtain fully lined made with fine quality thread velvet cloth 300 gm with hand gun work with white base blackout polyester on back . The job includes stitching , rings fitting etc for windows

Providing and fixing of curtain antique rods including sides and brackets etc as required.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic wall tiles of size 30 x60 cm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, fixed on wall on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 11.51.1 In colour will be decided by engineer in charge

Rewiring of pantry by way of dismantling of existing wiring and by chiseling the conduit under grounding including circuits both lighting and heating points etc as required .

Cleaning of complete divisional office by way of arranging 3 no. labours for 5 days including cleaning of glasses with Colin and thinners.

Cleaning of complete attic of divisional office building by way of arranging 4 no labours for 2 days including the disposal of waste material to safe place.
