Supply of 132 KV Horizontal Center Break Isolator with single earthing switch (Line isolator) :- Highest System Voltage:- 145 KV, rated current :- 1600 Amp., STC:- 31.5 KA for 03 sec, Operating mechanism :- Motor operated, manually as well as local/remote operated ,hand operated earthing drive with interlocking facility including retrofitting material suitable for gantry mounted type alongwith terminal connectors.
Supply of 132 KV Horizontal Center Break Isolator without earthling switch (Bus isolator) :- Highest System Voltage:- 145 KV, rated current :- 1600 Amp., STC:- 31.5 KA for 03 sec, Operating mechanism :- Motor operated manually as well as local/remote operated including retrofitting material suitable for gantry mounted type alongwith terminal connectors. (Note:- 02 no. bus isolator without earthing switch should be suitable for ground mounting.)
Supply of 66 KV, Horizontal Double Break Isolator with single earthing switch(Line isolator) :- Highest System Voltage:- 72.5 KV, rated current :- 1250 Amp., STC:- 31.5 KA for 03 sec, Operating mechanism :- Motor operated, Manually, hand operated earthing drive with interlocking facility including supply of mounting structure and other material suitable for erection of new isolator along with terminal connectors. (Note:- Civil works such as construction of foundations for the erection of mounting structure shall be in the scope of PSPCL, however necessary civil drawings will be provided by the bidder.
Design, manufacture, supply ,erection ,testing and commissioning of control panel for the remote operation of 24 no. 132 KV isolators from Shanan Control Room alongwith on/off indication and electrically interlocking with existing 132 KV SF-6 breakers alongwith supply and erection of control cables required for remote operation from control panel. (max. length of cable from SwitchYard to Control room is 700 mtr. appox.) alongwith ferruling, thimbling and complete wiring etc.
Mandatory Recommended Spares for 132 KV and 66 KV isolators such as set of contacts, set of insulators, motor, bearings and other mandatory spares
Dismantlement of old/ existing isolators and erection, testing & commissioning of new isolators alongwith erection of new mounting/ fixtures / structures for all the isolators and allied accessories .
